Spacious one bedroom Condo recently painted and added new furniture on first level overlooking the pool. Private air conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed. Fully equipped kitchen/living room combination with very comfortable full size futon to accommodate two more people. Unit is limited to four people including children. Shared gas grill beside the pool. Located on Route One on the trolley line and less than a mile walk to the beach. Downtown Ogunquit is right down the street with all its neat boutiques, ice cream shops, antiques, and the best selection of restaurants you could ask for. Ogunquit offers a beautiful white sandy beach stretching for miles. The Marginal Way is a wonderful walk along the rocky section of ocean offering picturesque views of the shoreline. Perkins Cove, a picture takers delight, with all its interesting shops, restaurants and beautiful shoreline is a short trolley ride away. You will also find several choices of boat excursions including fishing leaving from Perkins Cove. Nearby offerings also include live summer theatre, movies, and art museums. Just next door to Ogunquit in the town of York you will find York Wild Animal Kingdom, which includes carnival rides for the kids and picnic areas. It is a great place to spend a day with the kids.
