Remodeked unit in Maravilla Resort facing the Gulf. Enjoy the sunrise and dolphin watching with your morning cup of coffee on our 22 FT balcony with lounge swings, table and chairs. Balcony on East side, shaded all afternoon!
You will enjoy the warm and cozy wood laminate floors and carpeted bedrooms, much better than those cold ceramic floors that are in most rentals.
Relax in master bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV on wall, & glass sliding door to balcony listening to the waves at night.
The kids will love the 'fishy' decor bedroom with fishnets hanging above beds, bunk with full bottom mattress, top twin mattress. Also an extra twin bed. TV/VCR/DVD. Also bunk beds in hall area with reading lights, & privacy curtains.
Remodeled kitchen fully equipped with full size appliances. Both baths have been remodeled, pedestal sink. There are two comfy futons in living room with TV/VCR/DVD. Living room has glass sliding doors to balcony and large picture window. Sit on sofa and enjoy Gulf view.
Three pools (best on island) open until 11PM with underwater lighting, large bubbling hot tub, rock water fall, exercise/weight room.

Year Purchased: 1907
We are a retired couple living in Pennsyvania near Pittsburgh, GO STEELERS! We went to Galveston 2 years ago and fell in love with it. We really reviewed all the condos before we bought and definitely decided Maravilla Resort was the best on the island. Liked it so much, we bought 2! Its a family atmosphere, the last condo on the Seawall going West. Close to "beach access" (much better that public beaches near 61st) We use them at times in Winter and rent them out the rest of the time. You will love Galveston and love our condos. I really took time to decorate and buy furniture to make is as comfortable and homey as I could. I have gotten many compliments on the decor of both.... I pride myself on having them stocked well for my quests so they have a wonderful experience and want to come back and have had several return again and again! Infact, I have gotten to know so much about them from our emails, they seem like old friends!
Why the Owner Chose Galveston
I loved the atmosphere the first time I walked around Maravilla. Everyone is so friendly. All the condos are privately owned, most people live there and only some rent out to guests. I think that is why it is so quiet and everyone is so friedly. I hated staying up by 61st, in all the hubub and noise. Our end of Seawall is so so much better...
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My favorite thing to do is sit on balcony and watch the Pelicans. The "KINGS" of the island hang out on the tall condo building next door to us and at sundown they fly around it and glide on the breeze from the ocean. Its like they are putting on a show just for me. I have binoculars there for your use to get a good close up of these majestic creatures.
