CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to move-in are refundable, minus $50 administration fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to move-in are 90% refundable if another renter is found for the time you reserved. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to move-in are not refundable. |
