Welcome to your home away from home. This beautifully decorated NEW Gardenia Designer home offers 1929 sq. ft. sleeps 6, with GOLF CART included. This home is ideal for retirees wanting to get away from the cold & snow or for couples to share in the fun and the sun.
The warm and inviting foyer welcomes you and your guests. The open great room is perfect for entertaining or just being a part of the family while preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful dining room accommodates 6 and is open to the kitchen & living room.
The owners suite has a king size bed and two walk in closets. Double sink vanities with a Roman shower. It even has it's own private entry to the screen lanai.
Guest area has a queen bed, separate bath with tub & shower. den/office has queen futon sleeper.
There is a door between the main part of the home and the guest area to close off to create your own private area.
The large screen lanai is for all to enjoy the outdoors, cooking out on the grill or enjoying your morning coffee.
Friendly neighborhood recreation center & pool has a billiard room, meeting room, kitchen, card/game room and ping pong all within walking distance. Just down from this rec center is an adult only pool.
The Resident amenity Pass ($50) will allow you to play any of the 24 executive courses($3.50 cart path fee).You may also play the championship courses at a reduced rate. This pass will give you access to all resident only recreation centers, Katie Bells/The Cattle Barron restaurants (for residents only), and reduced rates at the nearby movie theaters--basically live as the residents do!
Other Activities: Driving Range, Bowling, Softball, Pickle Ball, Racquet Ball, Billiards, Polo, Crafts, Bridge, Scrabble, Bocce Ball and over 300 Scheduled Activities per week. Think of all the new friends you will meet.
Two Town Squares with shopping, restaurants, nightly entertainment, dancing, happy hour, and two theater complexes with the newest movies.
Rental Policy:
$700 Deposit/Security due within seven days of booking.
Rental payment in full is expected 15 days prior to rental
plus a $100 cleaning fee.
Security deposit will be returned within 15 days.
**Weekly rental deposit is $350 (2Week min) plus $100 dollars cleaning fee**

We truly enjoyed our time at your place. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of cookware and dishtowels..... sooo much. It was the best stockedplace we have ever rented (even the small stuff) and we do Myrtle Beach once and sometimes twice most years. Just wanted to thank you once again, and say we do hope we can returnin a year or so, and if you are still renting, we will check you out. Have a wonderful 2009, John and Cinda
