This is a 4 unit condominium with a new pool in the backyard. Located on Gulf Drive, we are less than 100 steps to the beach. Unit 4 is an upstairs unit.
Like New - This property has just been totally renovated inside and out. All new kitchens, Bathrooms, Furniture, Furnishings, utilities, appliances, etc.
Public access is directly across from our front door. We are less that 100 steps to the beach. In addition, we are only about a “Nine Iron” east of Schooners…leave your car parked and walk back and forth. For fine dining, we are less than a mile from Capt Anderson’s and the Marina. There is no more convenient location than here. Enjoy the “drive-up” parking convenience without the hassle of the elevators and long walks. There is a convenient beach concession close by with jet ski’s, floats, etc.
You can enjoy the blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast, sink your toes in the white sand and take in one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life. We have all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable. Come and enjoy your vacation with us.

My wife and I with a dog arrived and was met at the condo by a pleasant caring landlord. The TV cable was down but he took care of it by the next morning. This condo was clean, newly remodeled and was ready to move in for vacation. Everything to do or shop was minutes away, and the beach was across the street. There was a place to eat not more then 500 feet away that served the best sea food. The other tenant in the building was great friends. I will return to this place in the future and I highly recommend it to have a great time. A Great vacation spot.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time, and thanks so much to Martin for all the help. He is quick to reply, and answer any and all questions. The condo was exactly as described. Ocean view, pet friendly, private pool, 2 bedroom. Just steps from the ocean. Plenty of start up on all paper supplies, soaps. Front and back decks. Our dog got sick and we called Martin and he was able to direct us to a vet and got her fixed up just fine. Suggested a great place to eat and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We would stay here again in a heart beat. If you want a nice place for a great price you should too!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I was down there for the whole week and really enjoyed the condo. The kids loved the pool and being so close to the beach was an added bonus!! We will definatly be returning and are planning on renting the condo again this July. Martin, thanks again for a great condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

the condo was very nice, great location, just a hop and skip away from the beach. Walking distance to many great resurants!! The condo also had many extras like laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, foil. Its the little things that count!! The pool was also a nice extra, a nice place to hang out when your not in the mood for sand!! Martain the owner is very nice and helpful and easy to work with!! The only thing bad i can say, is that the shower curtain was a little dirty with mold, kindof grossed me out! nothing a trip to walmart won't solve!!! Hope anyone reading this and desides to vacation in condo has a great time like we did!!!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

GREAT family get away reasonably priced for the best accommodations. Owner lives near by and is there if you need anything 2nd year visiting for us and the kids just love it steps from beach close enough to everything. My family stayed at this condo for a weeks summer vacation. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Photos on this web site accurately depict this unit. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Conveniently located. Walking distance to some restaurants and souvenir shops. Easy access to the beach. Also pet friendly, so the family dog also enjoyed her vacation The owner was very pleasurable to do business with. Hope to visit again.
