Completely redecorated since we purchased this home in 2008. New furnishings throughout. This reverse living home has Awesome views!! We have added a patio in the backyard where you can relax while grilling or just get away from it all. The outside shower is conveniently located (It is the best place to shower after a wonderful day at the beach.) The rooftop deck is also a great get away spot where you can watch the sunrise, see the dolphins, watch the boats and see spectacular sunsets. We are so close to the beach it actually seems like it is ocean front!!!
This home is truly our second home and offers a great opportunity to have a fantastic vacation on LBI while enjoying all the comforts of home. Very clean(we clean it ourselves) and comfortable.

New for the 2009 season are stainless steel appliances, new doors, and 2 beadboarded bedrooms and bath, and fence. Freshly painted throughout.
For 2010 we renovated the main bath added a dry bar and wine refrigerator and installed privacy doors for the Jr. Master--Bedroom off Kitchen.
We have added a new high efficiency washer and new dryer for 2011.
We will continue to have our home sparkling and clean for your arrival. We are continuosly painting and renovating to keep it up to date.

We had a fabulous vacation! The owners were great and the house was perfect! The beach was so close it made walking back and forth with small children a breeze. The ocean views from the kitchen and dining area were breathtaking. The rooftop deck was the place to be for night time relaxation, sunset viewing, and star gazing. We hope to be back next year.

This house is perfect for the Shore. First, it is very comfortable and fits a large "multi-family" or a whole slew of friends. Second, it is clean and decorated very nicely. The ambience makes it feel like a cozy beach house, but not overdone or cheesy. Third, it has some great outdoor space. We often hung out at on the deck off of the main living room/kitchen area. The rooftop deck is amazing. Great views of the ocean, great sunrises and sunsets. I was up early one morning and saw a school of dolphins near the coast line. The backyard is great for grilling out and hanging out. Finally, and most importantly it is only one house away from the beach. To me, this is preferable to being on the beach, because you get some privacy from other beach go-ers. More importantly, it is only steps away from the beach. When mobilizing a bunch of kids, this is so critical. If we forgot something, or someones hungry or needs to go to the bathroom, getting it done is only a couple minutes. There is no long haul back and forth. Basically, you can stake out a spot on the beach and family/friends can come and go from the house to the beach and back as they please. This place made me fall in love with the Jersey shore again (it has been many years since I was last there).

Weather was amazing!!!! We discovered it is impossible to dig to the bottom of the sand. We discovered friendship, the sunset, the beauty of the ocean and the happiness we all made together. Whoever is next at this house will love it beauty wise and friendship wise
