This is a gorgeous three-story, three-bedroom, three bathrooms villa. It is located only steps away from Corcega Beach, Villa Cofresi (local Parador with restaurant and bar) and the world famous Rincon of the Seas.

The unit has 2000 square feet of construction, a private yard and a private garage. It is located near shopping centers and sports complexes. Rincon is a favorite spot for surfers, bikers, and divers. Rincon's sunsets are just amazing. It lives up to its name 'The town of the beautiful sunsets'. Come and experience it for yourself :-)!

My husband, sister and I spent a week at this beach villa to escape the very cold Illinois winter weather. The villa was spacious, including a bathroom in the upstairs master suite, one in the upstairs hallway, and another small one directly inside the front entrance which was great for quick trips in from the beach. There were plenty of towels. The roof top terrace was great for evenings, and included a sink and counter, but could ideally have more chairs and a small table. The beach was steps away and very uncrowded. There is a hotel and restaurant about 1/2 block down the beach with a beach bar and food available all day so you can just wear your bathing suit. There are 2 grocery stores and numerous food stands nearby. We especially enjoyed the fresh pineapple and bananas and the freshly made hot empanadas from the food stands. We had a great time, and Ricardo was very prompt in responding to phone calls and email, both before and during our stay. He even met us near the airport after our 2 a.m. arrival to give us the keys and deliver a few bags local coffee that he had arranged to get for us. He provided great directions and suggestions for shopping, dining, etc., and seemed very concerned that we were comfortable and had what we needed. This is not a brand-new property, but we found it to be more than adequate for what we wanted, which was a low maintenance, restful, laid back beach vacation.

Want a great trip to Puerto Rico? Move beyond San Juan and experience the real Island and wonderful people. Of course, day trip/visit to Old San Juan a must (Fort, art galleries, antique shops, and side street cafe), then head west to Rincon. Recommend day trips to hike in Arecibo caves, check out ocean Indian caves, and San Sebastian water fall, sunset horseback ride (tropical trails) in Isabela. Food, stop at any roadside kiosk for empanadillas, Pilon mariscos (mofongo with seafood), try the Chillo (whole red snapper). Day trip to Bonqueron (sw pr): try some fresh oysters right out of the sea, grilled shark pincho. We like to stay In Rincon: Stayed 10 days at Ricardo's townhouse, a newer trilevel 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with great courtyard and rooftop deck, garage. Just steps to the beach! Great family friendly ocean, or head 5 minutes north for the big surf, careful, this is heavy surf of Atlantic. Townhouse clean and comfortable: AC, Cable TV, Wi-Fi (bring your laptop), Washer/dryer, Full kitchen with all equipment, utensils and dinnerware (except wine glasses). Bring a cooler to beach for a few cold ones on the sand. Use neighboring sand lounge chairs. Buy a local catch (red snapper, lobster or good old steak), charcoal BBQ in courtyard. 2 minutes to full grocery store. Walk beach, steps to resort/hotel "Villa Cofresi: stop at their bar for a "pirate" (Their special rum drink) or hang out in evening for some Salsa and Merengue. Can rent jet skiis, paddle boards, parasail or ocean kayaks at this site. Bring or pick up some cheap beach toys or football for a few diving catches with your kids into surf. Check out local surfer bars at night for a great young crowd. Restaurants are typically expensive (and service slow) but what's the rush, "you are in paradise." Recommend several dinners at home to diffuse costs. Try a Rincon catamaran-sail boat for snorkeling or sunset cruise. Slept six people easily with plenty of room. We even had additional friends over for a dinner one night, no problem with room, use back courtyard and roof deck for an unforgetable evening. Ricardo was great: provided phone and email info including mapquest. Ricardo called to check and make sure everything was OK. Would highly recommend staying at this great Townhouse. We will definitely stay again. Great local, Clean, Comfortable, Reasonable rates!! A perfect trip at a perfect location!!!!
