Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rates as follows June thru September $4,000.00 first day
and $3,500.00 each day therafter. October thru May $3,500.00
first day $3,000.00 each day thereafter. Security deposit of 80%
of first days bill will be required to hold property and will be
refunded within 10 days after the event. Cancellation fee of 25%
of deposit will be charged if cancellation is less than 14 days
before the event.Minimum stay in summer is 3 days winter 2 days.
