The directions were great and it was easier than I thought it would be to find the place, especially since it was already dark when we got there. The photos can't even do justice to how beautiful it is! We had such a nice time, everything was really perfect! I was pleasantly surprised again and again as we explored the cabin. It was bigger than I thought it would be, and very well-stocked. They had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen, and the games and table tennis were great, too! The grill worked wonderfully, and the fire pit was a big hit...definitely made the trip more memorable! We really enjoyed using the golf cart. It was nice to ride down the neighborhood to the river and lake. The trails were very good and we had a nice hike. It was awesome to have some trails so close! The scenery and landscaping were breathtaking, with serene views through all the big windows. The 2 fireplaces made it very warm and cozy, whether you were upstairs or downstairs, and really made it feel homey. The furniture was all very comfortable, and made you not want to leave! The beds were soft and we really got a great night's sleep each night of our stay. We were so relaxed and rejuvinated! We've stayed in other cabins around the mountains, but this was the best! Everything was clean, comfortable, and superior in quality, hospitality, and beauty. We traveled with our 8 month old, and there was plenty of space for all her stuff, and extra room to play on the floor. We had two other couples staying with us, one of which had a 17 month old. There was enough room for both kids and all the families to spread out without feeling like you were right on top of one another. Each family had their own floor and bathroom, which when traveling, is quite a luxury! Our frineds and us really enjoyed coming together on the main or lower level for meals or games, and had a wonderful time! We had a great weekend hanging out at the cabin, and would definitely recommend it to others! We are already looking forward to when we can return!
