Typically, the moment they arrive, our guests say that the house is much larger and more beautiful than the photographs suggest-the sitting room is 40'x30' with 25' ceilings. No pictures EVER do it justice. The interior is designed with homely comfort in mind. Sea breezes in the summer, a log fire on a winters evening.
Located in the Malibu mountains with gorgeous views overlooking Santa Monica Bay toward Catalina. This unique, loft style house is set in three acres of mature, tropical gardens.
A perfect location for hiking or trips to beautiful local Malibu beaches and beyond. Only 8 miles to Santa Monica and 2.5 miles to central Malibu, The Lumber Yard, Country Mart, Nobu.
Minutes from celebrity shopping village Malibu Country Mart/The Lumber Yard or a long walk on the beach enjoy many of the fine restaurants in the locale. Or simply come home and have dinner served on the terrace overlooking the sea.
For lovers of tranquility and wildlife this is the perfect house-yet only a short coastal or mountain drive to Malibu or Santa Monica Beaches.
Children are always welcome and some pets. Because we are nestled on the side of a mountain the house is a great place to do nothing but relax. If you choose we can organize a certified local masseur or yoga instructor.

As a lover of wildlife seeing the dear make their way though the property at dawn and dusk, from the livingroom seeing schools of Dolphins and migrating whales. This year saw our first Bob Cat.

I moved from London four years ago and have lived in Malibu ever since-loving every moment of it. Me and the dog never tire of walking the hills and beaches of the locale. There is plenty of amazing wildlife and every night another truly stunning sunset. I am a passionate gardener and have peaches, pears, grapes, all kinds of citrus fruit and bananas growing in the garden-amongst everything else! Trying for a vegetable garden this year-racoons allowing!
