Ground zero location for restaurants, bars and beach. This spacious townhouse (sleeps 10) has it all whether you are looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway for a month or a week’s vacation. From your home away from home you can walk to anything and everything in Dewey – the beach is only 1.5 blocks away. Or take a short (1.5 mile) Jolly Trolley ride to Rehoboth Beach Avenue and the Boardwalk.
There are three covered parking spaces, an outdoor shower and a gas and charcoal grill on the outside of the townhouse. Lower level has a laundry area with washer and dryer and the first of 4 bedrooms (twin beds) and bath.
The upstairs living area has a large kitchen with such amenities as stainless steel refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dining table. The living area has a high ceiling with ceiling fan, fireplace, TV, IPOD CD and DVD player. Cable and wireless internet also provided. New living room furniture was purchased in May. There is a full bath off the kitchen and a screened in porch at the back of the house. A large bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and TV. Enjoy the outside deck off the living area on this level.
The upstairs level has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and private full bath, TV and it’s own outside deck. The other bedroom on this level also has a full bath and twin beds.
Walk upstairs to the rooftop deck. This is a fabulous place to relax, sunbathe or read, as you enjoy the great views of the Bay.
