Second Floor: Open living area with 12' ceilings, hardwood and travertine flooring, 42" wall-mounted TV over fireplace, Bose stereo/CD player, dining table to seat 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar, large kitchen with granite countertops, deep double sink, under-counter icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, oven and cook-top. A powder room is also located on this floor. From the dining area there is an open balcony with views of both gulf and Oyster Lake. From the den, access the tiled screen porch with ceiling fan, table & chairs, and gas grill with gulf and pool views.
Third Floor: Master bedroom with a canopy king bed, coffee bar with under-counter refrigerator, two ceiling fans, walk-in closet and gulf views. Master bath with deep whirlpool tub with pull-out spray head, separate shower stall with pull-out spray head, separate toilet closet and double sinks. Enjoy the convenience of another full-size washer and dryer on this level. The guest King bedroom with sitting area and private bath is also on this floor. Ceiling height is 10'. Hwy 30-A bicycle/walking path to the nearby coastal communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach is on our property for easy access. We are located 6 miles from Sandestin to the west and 5 miles from Seaside to the east. There are many excellent restaurants in the area convenient to our house. We're out of the Destin traffic but close enough to shop and dine in Destin if desired, but with all South Walton now has to offer you may never want to venture far from the Hwy. 30-A corridor.
