Welcome to The Pines Condominiums which we feel is one of the truly unique vacation spots on the Cape. This is one of 14 cottages spaciously situated among the pines on over four acres on beautiful Kelley's Pond and only about a mile to the white sands of mile long West Dennis Beach. The cottage offers a delightful return to a simpler time yet offers all of the modern conveniences that will make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable.
The cottage has been tastefully decorated in natural wood with a fireplace in the living room and a screened in porch and deck from which to watch the sunsets or just to read a book.
The cottage has two bedrooms, a full bath, an enclosed hot and cold outside shower(is there anything better than an outdoor shower in the summertime?) and a full kitchen.
You may swim or even bring your own kayak or canoe to enjoy Kelley's Pond (no motorboats) should you decide not to go to any of the sun-drenched beaches that surround cape Cod.
Dennis voted an "All American Town" in 1978 is centrally located in the Mid Cape area convenient to many Cape Cod activities.
Nearby are many fascinating art galleries and antique shoppes, a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets, a number of fine public golf courses and tennis facilities and the first summer theater in America... The Cape Playhouse. Swim in Scargo Lake, climb the Scargo tower and "on a clear day you can see all the way to Provincetown".
Everything for light housekeeping is included except for sheets towels and pillowcases. We can arrange to have these provided at an additional cost.
