If you've been to the Destin area lately, you must have noticed the magnificent Twin Towers in the skyline, which are now the tallest buildings in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Situated in the Seascape Community, Ariel Dunes towers over the adjacent golf course and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive-through entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit the enormous pools include a section that is heated as well as lots of lounge chairs and pool side cabanas.
Following a short trip up one of several elevators, you will enter our spacious 2 BEDROOM 2BATH PLUS BUNK ROOM, unit to find all that your heart desires from a luxury condo. This unit features nine foot ceilings, ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful Granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all GE Profile appliances which include a 26 foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items that will ensure optimum convenience.
This condo has been furnished in a way that complements the already luxurious feel of Ariel Dunes. The dining area has a large dining table as well as a bar with four stools. The living room features a large queen sleeper/sofa. A large TV enhances the living area and also includes a DVD which is sure to make you feel right at home. A large eight foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers magnificent views out to the Gulf and of the pool below.
The fully furnished master bedroom includes a king size bed dual bed side tables with lamps as well as a large TV, DVD player. This room offers views of the Gulf and access to the private patio through its own eight foot sliding glass door. It also includes a master bathroom which features a glass enclosed shower, double vanity and a large garden tub that you can soak in while actually enjoying a view of the Gulf.
The guest bedroom features TWO Twin beds, night stand as well as a dresser, large closet and TV with built-in DVD. It also has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from this guest bedroom is equally impressive providing a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
