Begin each day with the sun rising over the Pelican Bay Golf Course and welcome each evening at the Members Only-Pelican Bay Beach Club, listening to the waves lap against the shore with a cool drink in your hand as the sun sets into the Gulf. When you stay in our "haven" you'll feel like you've escaped to paradise, where the clock is obsolete unless you've got a tee time, a tennis game, or a spa treatment scheduled. Valencia is conveniently located right across from the Tennis facilities and between the tram stations for both the North and South Beaches.
This condominium is 1,836 square feet and is laid out in a very open and functional way. On the north side of the unit is the master suite with a King bed, a huge double sided walk-in closet and a glassed in sitting area that provides beautiful views of the golf course and the sunrise, seen right from the bed. The master also offers a built-in office/desk area and spacious master bathroom with a stand-up shower, Jacuzzi tub and separate water closet.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is located on the south side of the unit with the 2nd bathroom right outside the door. This bedroom also boasts a glassed in sitting area.
The large Living Room/Dining Room area is central to the unit and is filled with light from all sides. The comfortable sofa offers a queen size pullout bed. At the east side of the room is a 166 square foot screened in lanai with table and chairs and other seating which allows for open air dining, or a quiet cup of coffee in the morning sun.
Should cooking be your pleasure, the kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances and is full of all the kitchenware necessary to whip up an impressive meal for an impromptu dinner party.
There's a full size washer and dryer as well.
