This fabulous 3 BR condo is the best and most family friendly place to stay on the beach. There are still some fabulous weeks available after August, so it's not too late to have a great vacation. This condo may be rented as a 1 BR Efficiency, 2 BR, or 3 BR. Rates apply depending on how many bedrooms you need. The "out of season" rate is under $100. per bedroom......less than it costs to stay in a hotel or motel.
Experience awesome wall-to-wall Gulf and beach views from this fabulous, luxurious, spacious, 6th floor end unit paradise in Tower 2. This the perfect place to relax and enjoy beach living. This is a 3 BR, 3 BA completely furnished 1875 S.F. condo.
This condo offers: FREE cable tv, FREE wireless internet, FREE movies, three pools and three hot tubs, including a large lagoon pool (6500 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools, on-site seasonal bar and grill, beautifully landscaped grounds, as well as 24-hour gated access and security.
The living room has a TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, and CD player. There is plenty of seating with two extra long Italian leather sofas and a large leather chair. The entertainment center is stocked with lots of movies for all ages.
Want to dine in the condo? The dining room table seats six. The bar has four bar stools. There are two shorter stools (high chair size) for smaller children. And there is another table with four swivel-rocker chairs on the balcony.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress, private bath, balcony access, awesome Gulf views, TV and DVD player.
Each bathroom has double marble vanities and a large marble garden tub with shower.
Want to enjoy the views? The living/dining area opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white-sand beach. There are two wonderful, relaxing, lounge chairs on this balcony as well as a large table and four contoured rocker/recliner chairs for balcony meals and dolphin watching. There is almost always something to watch from the balcony....boats, planes, parasailing, wind surfing, banana boats and wave runners, and lots of activities. You don't have to leave the balcony to be entertained. With two nearby military bases there is often an "air show" visible from the balcony.

Why the Owner Chose Long Beach Resort
In 2004 I visited a friend who owns a condo at Long Beach Resort and fell in love with the floor plan of the condo with awesome Gulf and beach views from every room. I could not resist buying one for myself. Several of my friends also have condos here, so I feel right at home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I enjoy the weather and the awesome views, especially the sunsets. The condo is convenient to everything. I only have to go a block or two for groceries, drug store, restaurants, entertainment. The new Pier Park development is only a few miles away for shopping, dining, movie theatre, and so much more. Also, I leave all my stress in Nashville, and when I am at the beach I am totally relaxed. I don't know whether it is the sound of the waves, feel of the warm salt air, nice breeze, or all of the above that makes me feel so good when I am at the beach. Can you believe at age 71 I am a "beach babe"?

Welcome to our beach home. I know you will enjoy the many amenities of the condo as well as the Long Beach Resort property with 3 pools/3 hot tubs. This condo has many features including leather couches, leather recliners, ceiling fans, large screen TV, DVD, VHS, Stereo, CD player. Each bedroom has a TV, awesome beach views, balcony access, private baths with garden tubs, pillow top mattresses, nice linens, and many other extras. The kitchen is fully furnished, just like home.
