Check out the floor plan of this condo - one of the bedrooms is an efficiency that can be locked out and separated from the other two. During Spring/Summer the condo is rented with three bedrooms. During Fall/Winter may be rented as a 1, 2, or 3 BR unit.
The white sand looks like sugar, and the sound of the waves is very therapeutic and relaxing. This one of the best places you could go for a vacation......... so why not come on down and rest and relax on one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world?
This fabulous LUXURY end unit (601) is in Tower 2 on the sixth floor overlooking one of the two heated pools. Long Beach Resort is the most family friendly place to stay on the beach. It's never too late to have a great vacation!
Long Beach Resort offers three pools and three hot tubs, including a large lagoon pool (6500 square feet) with waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (heated in the winter), on-site seasonal bar and grill, an awesome beach with sand that looks like white sugar, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
The living room has free WIFI, a large flatscreen TV, DVD, Stereo, and CD player. There is plenty of seating with two extra long Italian leather sofas and a leather recliner. The entertainment center is stocked with lots of movies for all ages.
Dine in or out at the condo. The dining room table seats six. The bar has four bar stools. There are two shorter stools (high chair size) for smaller children. And there is another table with four swivel-rocker chairs on the balcony. Enjoy the breezes, sunsets, and awesome views while dining on your own spacious balcony.
Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has two queen beds and all have luxurious pillow-top mattresses, private bath, balcony access, awesome Gulf views, and a flat screen TV.
Each bathroom has double marble vanities and a large marble garden tub with shower.
The living/dining area opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach. There are two wonderful, relaxing, lounge chairs on this balcony as well as a large table and four contoured swivel rocker/recliner chairs for balcony meals and dolphin watching. There is almost always something to watch from the balcony....boats, planes, parasailing, wind surfing, banana boats, wave runners, and lots of activities. You don't have to leave the balcony to be entertained. With two nearby military bases there is often an "air show" visible from the balcony.

The great location of this resort is convenient to everything! Pineapple Willy's is one of the local favorite pier restaurants and is only a short walk (5 min.) down the beach from our condo. You can see it from the balcony. Pier Park is a beautiful new development with shops, restaurants, movie theater, and more and is about five miles away and is now open and has great dining (Margaritaville, Back Porch, 5 Guys Burgers, Red Brick Oven, German Beer Hause, etc.), lots of shopping, and a new Grand theater. When you are looking for a little more action and you are ready to go out on the town, Panama City provides the best restaurants, amusement parks, water park, and entertainment in the world. Voted as one of the World's top TEN most beautiful places to visit, Panama City Beach, Florida has all one can ask for. This is the place where lifetime memories are made.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets, and renter must be over 25. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. After checking our calendar and rates, email us for reservations. We prefer weekly reservations from Saturday to Saturday but will sometimes make an exception. The condo will sleep 8 in beds. Twin size roll aways are available for small children.
The weather is usually great and there is plenty to do in Panama City Beach. There is a live camera at Schooners showing the beach and Gulf.

Why the Owner Chose Long Beach Resort
In 2002 I visited a friend who owns a condo at Long Beach Resort and fell in love with the floor plan of this beautiful condo with those awesome Gulf and beach views from every room and I could not resist buying one for myself. Several of my friends from Nashville also have condos here so I feel right at home and love to visit every chance I get.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The weather and the views are awesome, especially the sunsets. The condo is convenient to everything. I only have to go a block or two for groceries, drug store, restaurants, banks, entertainment, and shopping. The new Pier Park development is only a few miles away for shopping, dining, movie theatre, and so much more. Also, I leave all my stress in Nashville, and when I am at the beach I am totally relaxed. I don't know whether it is the sound of the waves, the feel of the warm salt air, the nice ocean breeze, or all of the above that makes me feel so good when I am at the beach.

My name is Norma Tillman and I am Nashville, TN based veteran private investigator and author of several non-fiction books including "Private Investigation 101"; "The Adoption Searcher's Handbook"; and "How To Find Almost Anyone, Anywhere"; "The Man with the Turquoise Eyes". I have appeared on Oprah, The View, Nancy Grace, and about 100 other television shows in which I have found and reunited long lost family and friends. My family looks forward to coming to your condo every year. My kids are almost grown now, and I'm sure when they get married and have families they will be bringing their children here too. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Welcome to our beach home. I know you will enjoy the many amenities of the condo as well as the Long Beach Resort property with 3 pools/3 hot tubs. This condo has many features including leather couches, leather recliners, ceiling fans, large screen TV, DVD, VHS, Stereo, CD player. Each bedroom has a TV, awesome beach views, balcony access, private baths with garden tubs, pillow top mattresses, nice linens, and many other extras. The kitchen is fully furnished, just like home.
