Eden Landing is the ultimate multifamily vacation. This gorgeous 7.5 acre, 8,000 square-foot mountain estate is located in the quiet forest town of Overgaard atop the Mogollon Rim. Only 2 hours from Scottsdale, Eden Landing is perfectly designed for family reunions, corporate retreats, or a multi-family group adventure.
The main house has three large bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The gourmet kitchen and expansive living areas are an entertainer's dream. Need to keep on touch? Eden Landing has an executive office with broadband wireless Internet. If necessary, the office can become the main house's 4th bedroom with an inflatable queen bed. The adjacent hangar's apartment (known as the Kids’ Clubhouse) is complete with living room, bunk room, satellite TV, Xbox, and beds to sleep eight.
Situated in the upscale Mogollon Airpark, Eden Landing’s 60 x 60 hangar can accommodate planes with up to 50 foot wingspan. The airpark is centrally located to fantastic destinations in north central Arizona. Don’t have a plane? The hangar is also outfitted as a gymnasium with basketball, pickleball, and badminton. Eden Landing has the largest two lots in the airpark, with over seven acres of pristine Ponderosa forest for hide and seek, frisbee golf, horse shoes, or some "comfortable solitude."
Best of all, at nearly 7,000 ft elevation, the weather at Eden Landing is perfect year around, cool in the summer and mild in the winter.
One note: the Mogollon Airpark is a laid-back family retreat, not a spring-break or bachelor-party destination. We request that all renters be conscientious neighbors, and that ATVs not be ridden in the Airpark, but trailered to the appropriate forest OHV trail. Eden Landing is a private residence, not a commercial lodge or a Bed & Breakfast. Eden Landing is at the furthest east end of the taxiway, and not on the actual runway. The airpark is private with limited daily traffic.
