This three-bedroom, two-bath, Non-Smoking, Marco Island, waterfront home was built in 1999 and features cathedral ceilings, an expansive floor plan, a corner kitchen with views of the living room, dining room, pool and water, as well as plenty of privacy with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Special features include a spacious covered lanai that encompasses the large heated pool, jacuzzi, grill, shaded 6 chair patio table. Water front dock for fishing or sunbathing!
Master bedroom has sliding doors to the lanai and features a luxury private bath with large walkin shower and whirlpool tub. 2nd full bath with direct access to lanai.
