Spacious yet cozy, awesome location and amenities

We have only been here for a couple of days so far, but this house is wonderful. Internet pics really don't do it justice. It is spacious yet warm and cozy at the same time. The master suite is what I would like to have at home! Decent sized, walkout bedroom opposite side of house from "kids" rooms, big walk-in closet/master double sink area/bathroom w/hot tub and shower, all together yet separate. Love the comfy soft carpets in the bathroom! So warm. Views are great. We walked to Bell Rock trails via the roads here. Easy nice walk then gorgeous hiking trails with many options! Other trailheads nearby/within driving or biking distance, some others in walking distance. Kids swam in pool when we returned. Heated jacuzzi and pool with waterfalls is special! Jim and I walked the golf cart path on the golf course after dinner. We have two tours planned for later this week, but wanted to share our initial thoughts about his house and the location. Terrific Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time celebrating New Year's and a 50th birthday at this home. The pool and spa are incredible and the waterfall is an added bonus. The views out the back of the home are spectacular! The property was well equipped with everything we needed and the location was great. We walked to the Red Rock Cafe for breakfast and we also ran across the golf course to Bell Rock Road and the trails around the rocks up there. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We spent a little time shopping for our own property in Sedona and found ourselves rejecting many properties because they didn't measure up this one!

This rental is awesome.What a warm and beautiful home! We were very pleased. The home is so clean and conveniently located. The property is well maintained and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Sedona. The house is decorated beautifully, very clean, furniture both in the home and outside was comfortable. Pool and hot tube were just what we needed after a day of hiking and the Grand Canyon. The owner of this property is so accommodating and just a kind soul. Any golfers out there, this would be to place to stay!!!! We will be back next year and our stay will be longer!!

jeff your home was a relief after trailing the grand canyonand the backcountry wilderness. the pool was so refreshing after a 12 hr trail;the golf course path was relaxing at night with the red rock. thankyou so much jonthan and patricia.

Can't think of a more perfect location to arrive to after a long international flight. Owner very accomodating and pictures on web do not give home all its due. Perfect setting with great views out back family room ceiling to floor windows. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful spot in Sedona

The house was perfect for our two families. There was plenty of room for us to unwind after a day of hiking and sightseeing. It was also great to be able to come home and have a nice home cooked meal, having the breakfast nook and dining room gave us plenty of "kid" and "grown-up" space. It was a great home base to all the activities we did. The outside area was wonderful and the kids spent many hours in the pool. The scenery added to the relaxing atmosphere. Being on the golf course was a great thing too. It was an easy ride up from Phoenix and to the Grand Canyon. Would recommend this house to anyone thinking of coming to Sedona, way better than staying in a hotel with 4 kids! Hopefully we will be back soon.

I contacted the owner of this property at the end of last year while looking for a rental in the Sedona area. Since I had not stayed at a VRBO rental before, he explained how it works to me. He was especially accommodating when I asked him to turn off the WiFi in the house due to my wireless sensitivity. My wife and I were relieved to meet someone who was interested in making us comfortable at the house. I actually consider him one of my friends now, because he took the time to correspond with me and did everything he could to reassure me that VRBO was a great site to rent from. Honest man. Thank you!

This is definately the place to be! Centrally located to all the major photographed trail-heads and red rock monuments - and able to run down to Oak Creek too. The Sedona outlet stores are very nearby too (not mentioned in owner's text). Morning or evening walks along golf paths are also extraordinary. House looks to be professionally decorated and maintained and pool with 3 waterfalls made us feel like we were at a resort. Owner is an active tennis player, so he gave us all the local tennis spots to hit and players. We're looking to return next year.

Great Views - Everything Perfect

I wanted to express our thanks for the wonderful vacation stay that we had at your house. Everything was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was a perfect place to take day trips to the Canyon and the Painted Desert. Also: The sun was too sunny The view would have been great if it weren't for that big Gunsight rock on the other side of the golf course Needed 6 more inches in the cathedral ceiling Need to refrigerate the hot tub We lost our Hope Diamond in the plush couches - please send it back. Seriously, there was nothing negative that I could say. GREAT TIME AND PLACE.

The location was terrific/ the layout of the home was as stated and great for our family retreat/only problem was the sleeper sofa was not usuable due to lack of mattress support. The property was fairly clean except for kitchen wear and spots on carpet when we arrived. Recommendation is to notify rental agency when you initially arrived to confirm condition of property.

We just retruned from our second stay in the SW and Sedona again and this house - it feels more like our own vacation home than before. In renting through the owner, he was exceedingly helpful with ideas for trails and river swimming spots and restaurants. The home is well maintained with a landscaper that was finishing work the day we arrived and the weekly pool service that was also finishing up. We've resolved to make this our own vacation home to return to year after year. Everything in the house was as advertised and the photos on here do not give it the justice it deserves - - it's more beautiful to see it in person. It's also more relaxful than you're expecting. Some in our group were jogger-runners and would run down to Cathedral Rock or the Oak Creek that runs in front of it each morning - we highly recommend this. We ran to Bell Rock too.

Everything as advertised

The four of us drove out from OK to take in all the sights of Sedona. The house is everything it is advertised to be with great views from the pool or either of the two patio areas. The neighbors are very friendly. The golf course was in outstanding shape with spectacular scenery. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all as was the gas grill and kitchen for some great meals. The owner is very friendly and helpful-a pleasure.

Thanks so much for making this past September so enjoyable for us. As a testimony as to how enjoyable it was -- one reason we chose to come to Sedona was its proximity to Scottsdale and the ease with which we could go back and forth during our stay here. It turned out that we never went home one time because we were enjoying ourselves so much at your house. Staying at the house was an integral part of that enjoyment and your seemingly never ending efforts to make sure all of our questions were answered was greatly appreciated. We never did call the cleaning lady because your house just doesn’t get that dirty. Thanks again. It was the best renting experience we have ever had, and we have had several and all have been good.
