You will love this unit, walk off of your balcony to the pool area or onto the beach! This unit is great for those of you who would like to skip the elevator and go right to your favorite activity. The balcony has a great view of the entire pool area and of the beach and the convenience is great, want a refreshment or snack, your unit is right there.
This unit is very tastefully decorated and refurbished in the last 18 months. When your not on the beach or at one of the pools you will enjoy this living room area with a 32" LCD television.
There is a bedroom, bath combination with closet space and plenty of drawer space. The bedroom has a 20" LCD for your entertainment also.
The Perdido Sun is a beautiful low density condominium with an indoor pool which is glass on three sides and has a retractable sun roof for the warmer weather. There is an outdoor pool and a hot tub with lots of patio area to lay out by the pool. One plus that the Perdido Sun has that others don't is a huge lawn area on the other side of the pool. Great for kids to fly kites, play football or just plain hang out.
Being on the first floor you'll have a great advantage if you decide to grill out, walk out to the two BBQ grills located beside the indoor pool, you're ready to grill burgers or steaks.

This property was very convenient to the beach for our family of 4. The kids slept great on the couch. We enjoyed eating at Lillian's for pizza, Wolf Bay and Trigger's for seafood. And for cooking something yourself, Joe Patti's was an amazing fish market. We hope to come again in the fall or next summer!
