Located only 15 miles from Smallwood State Park, for those tournament blast offs, and 9 miles from the Friendship Landing Ramp on Nanjemoy itself, these desolate backroads with no traffic, makes sleeping-in a relaxing option. And 777's Heaven is affordable at a rate that rivals any hotel bill with so much more to offer. We understand the difficulties; the lack of security and appeal of a hotel stay so we designed 777's Heaven to cater to an anglers every need.

With your own private pier you can come and go on and off the water with no ramp closing schedule or pressure and the dock has it all to support your boating, fishing, and crabbing needs.

This spacious 4 bedroom brick rambler comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. It boasts a large full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, oil heating, central AC, washer/dryer, and a 42” HD satellite TV. The yard is huge and flat so bring a few of your fishing buddies with their boats in tow too; parking and maneuvering your big rigs won’t be an issue. Access to Nanjemoy is a breeze from the 100’ private dock complete with electricity for charging boat batteries, lighting for rigging rods, and a water hose for quick clean-ups. And don’t forget crabbing (or fishing) in "Crabby" our 16' skiff. Crabby (if available) is an option which costs only $25 per day for use by our guests who possess a Maryland boating certificate or were born before July 1, 1972 (check with us for more details). "Crabby" comes complete with a recreational boater's license so you won't need to worry about purchasing licenses! You won’t want to miss this opportunity to indulge in a feast of world famous Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabs…and they can be caught right off the dock as well. 2 Crab Pots are provided!
