IMMACULATE -- LOCATED AT 1852 MERMAID. (Sleeps 8 - 13) This property was built with the comfort of the renter in mind. The owners want your vacation to be a time of relaxation and enjoyment! Two dens (one upstairs and one downstairs) perfect for families with children or two families. House has two queen sleeper sofas and 1 oversized chair sleeper. Three queen beds and one full. Two bedrooms have private baths attached. An outside private shower with hot and cold water. TVs with DVDs are in all four bedrooms and in both dens. A television is available in the patio area downstairs as well. The washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first floor of the house.
Ocean Lakes has everything you need on the property for a relaxing vacation or we are just a short drive from water parks, theme parks, shopping, theaters, and restaurants. Water sports and golf are the most desirable attractions of vacationers to this area.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 and the renter is expected to remain on the property during the entire rental contract. A $200 deposit is required to confirm the rental and the full rental amount is due 30 days before rental time. The deposit will be refunded when property is checked for cleanliness.
Ocean Lakes requires a check-in of every vehicle and charges $5 per night upon arrival. Golf carts are available from Ocean Lakes or bring your own with proof of insurance. Ocean Lakes is a gated private community with putt-putt, arcade, pools, playground, and nightly family activities.

This was our first time staying in the Andrews lovely home. It was beautiful! We had a great time on our 2nd visit to Ocean Lakes. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The Andrew's family has shared this immaculate home with our family, and we are so grateful. So clean, and spacious-our 3 boys were never bored! OceanLakes is a wonderful family community, and so safe and clean. It is well within traveling distance of shopping and restaurants, but you never have to leave OceanLakes due to its convenient amenities. This was our best family vacation ever! Thank you and God bless.
