We welcome adults and families. Sorry, no pets, no smoking, and no student only rentals.
Low density building - only 84 condos. This allows more room on the beach and in the pools. Located between Windward Pointe and "The Sands", a non rental building, giving you even more room on the beach.
You'll fall in love with this GULF FRONT condo decorated in warm earth tones. Lots of extra touches, tile flooring throughout, double crown molding throughout.
The tiled living area has a beautiful area rug and features comfy upscale furniture. Large screen TV & DVD player in den area. Step onto the roomy private balcony from the den or master bedroom. POOLS at Pelican Pointe are exceptional. The HUGE BEACH SIDE OUTDOOR POOL is complimented by swaying palm trees surrounded by beautiful flowers...not to mention...it sits directly on the sand. Rare separate kiddie pool is fun for the little ones. The HEATED INDOOR POOL creates a soothing, relaxing atmosphere. HOT TUB, SAUNA & EXERCISE ROOM in the heated indoor pool area.

Pelican Pointe has a strong condo association and the commons areas and building are immaculate.
Security is a priority at Pelican Pointe. If you don't have a parking pass you are not allowed access to the parking area. Everyone entering the parking area must stop at the Security Hut and provide a parking pass.
Shopping, groceries, and fabulous restaurants & attractions for the kids are all within 3-10 minutes from Pelican Pointe.

I have owned and managed my condo at 206 Romar Place for over twelve years. I bought 205 Pelican Pointe in May 2008. I had so many repeat renters returning each year to my Romar Placecondo that I ran out of weeks before I ran out of renters - great problem to have. I LOVE managing both condos. I have become good friends with many of my renters. I'm a 'people person' and will do everything possible to make your trip the easiest you've ever planned.
We lived in Atlanta, Ga for twenty seven years before moving to Birmingham, AL in 1998. We visited friends in Orange Beach early in 1998 and immediately fell in love with the area. We bought 206 Romar Place in early 1998. Initially, Romar Place was managed by a rental company but I wanted a more personal,'hands on' approach so decided to manage the unit myself. I hit the ground running, had tremendous success, and things have never slowed down.
I have been married for 44 years (yes to the SAME wonderful man). We have two grown sons and three grandchildren. One son &two grandchildren are in Birmingham and one son & daughter in law and granddaughter are in Atlanta. I am also mother to Bailey, my nine year old golden retriever. With managing my two condos and taking care of my other duties, I rarely run out of things to do.

The weather was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed seeing the grand kids squirt water at each other and their Mom and Dad laugh so hard. Our favorite activity was the beach - as always. We love looking for shells - so laid back and relaxing. Wish we could stay forever. God created such a beautiful place and we feel closest to Him when we're here.

The weather was great. Our favorite adventures were going to the beach, kids loved the pool, went to have beach family photos taken by Brittney Rush Photography - great - would recommend! Our kids loved looking for seashells and building sand castles. It was a fantastic and relaxing week to enjoy time with the family. This is a nice town - we enjoyed Orange Beach and the food. This condo is the perfect place to be - 2nd floor - perfect beach view - so easy to walk right down and step onto the beach. It doesn't get much better than this.

Tropical storm Lee greeted us with boiling surf and amazing wind and rain...after that it was sunny & perfect. Our favorite activity - BEACH...BEACH...BEACH Our granddaughters ages 1 & 4 were happy there was a Build-a-Bear at the Wharf. This was a great condo! Thanks for sharing.

This was our 3rd year to book with Diann and our 2nd year in a row to stay at Pelican Pointe. This was our best vacation ever! So relaxing! The condo is perfect. So great to be able to sit on the balcony and check on the kids below at the pool. Also, the second floor is the place to be! Easy access to pool and parking without having to wait on the elevator. Security guards here are also so nice and do a great job. Thanks Diann for always being so AWESOME and easy to work with! -Annette

My wife and I stayed at Pelican Pointe the first week in May. The weather was beautiful, the beaches pristine, and the accommodations were outstanding. Obviously, we were a bit concerned with the previous year's oil spill but were pleasantly surprised to find the beaches in better shape than the year before the spill. We have stayed at this condo two straight years and plan to make this our spring vacation spot for years to come. We decided to drive the entire night a couple of days before and since we arrived early Diann was able to get the unit ready for us ahead of schedule. That meant more beach time for my wife and our two year old son. All of the good restaurants are close by and there is plenty of shopping in case you need to pick something up during your stay. We would recommend this condo to all...you won't be disappointed.

Friends asked us to join them on a vacation this spring. The search led us to Pelican Pointe. We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect for 4 adults, 1 college student, 2 high school students, 1 middle school student, and 1 elementary student. There was something for everyone to do at all times. We loved being so close to the beach! The indoor pool and hot tub were great for when it rained. We spent lots of time on the huge balcony. Diann is awesome! She is easy to contact and will help you in any way possible. I hope to return to Pelican Pointe again soon.

I have to say that in all my years of vacationing at various places across this country, I have never had a property owner provide so much hospitality and genuine concern for their customers. It's almost unbelievable to me. On our first trip to Orange Beach we fell in love with the area, Pelican Pointe, and with your extra efforts to make our stay the perfect vacation. I can't imagine the stress this disaster has caused you as you try your best to maintain your properties while trying to assure your renters that their "perfect place at the beach" will be as perfect as the last time they visited. I pray that a solution will be found soon and clean up can begin in those places they are affected. My heart goes out to all those who have lost their jobs due to the oil spill - especially those folks in Louisiana/Mississippi who are still recovering from Katrina. We look forward to our time at the beach in October. You know what they say...a bad day at the beach is always better than a good day at work!

What a great condo! And working with Diann directly was a dream. We were 2 couples with 3 small children and this condo was a great fit. Our toddler LOVED the baby pool outside and on the one rainy day we were able to swim with her in the indoor pool. We spent lots of time in the condo because of the small kids but did not mind because of the gorgeous view of the surf and the tasteful decorating inside. We will be back.

My family had the pleasure of staying here for a week this past summer. Diann was exceptionally accommodating and made a point to make sure our stay was a good one. The location is convenient to the beach and the views stunning. The unit was ecstatically pleasing, warm and welcoming.
