We are away from Denver and our beautiful owner-occupied 1 bedroom loft is available for monthly sublet. Our loft is well-equipped, fully-furnished, with central air, new appliances, fully-appointed kitchen, soaking tub, washer-dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, and is centrally located in the middle of downtown Denver. The loft has 20-foot ceilings and is on the 3rd floor of a secure historic building. The loft sleeps up to 4 adults, with 1 bedroom and an additional den for use as an office or bedroom. Garage parking is available.

Building includes roof-top hot tub and workout room. Our loft is located on California Street between 15th and 16th Streets in the Denver Dry Building, with easy access to all downtown Denver has to offer, including nightlife, movies, shopping, sports, and restaurants. Sublet is $2000 per month ($700/week; $150/night) including parking, all utilities, and bi-weekly cleaning service for stays over 2 weeks. Perfect for the professional temporarily working in Denver. Pets allowed with additional deposit. Dates and rental length can be flexible, please e-mail with questions.
