Why the Owner Chose Walla Walla
While living in this home we noticed the convenience of it's location. It is centrally located between all the premier wineries of the Walla Walla Valley and is ideal for anyone visiting Walla Walla University or Whitman College. The small town of College Place is quiet and quaint and we enjoyed taking long walks and bike rides around town.

Blue 32 is a private 3 bedroom home, all on one level. It is in an ideal location for wine tasting, ballooning and visiting family and friends. It is across the street from Walla Walla University. The private backyard and large patio has a grill, and outdoor furniture and adds to the living and entertaining space of this home. A washer and dryer, attached 2-car garage with remote, wireless internet and cable TV add to the conveniences you will enjoy here.

My husband and I, and our three children have lived in Walla Walla for 12 years. We love the small town feel, combined with the sophistication and culture that is enhanced by three colleges, a symphony and the growing wine industry. My husband Brian is an amateur artist and is working on several pieces for Blue 32 including the ball sculptures in the backyard. My hobby is design and I loved choosing the furnishings for this home.

Blue 32 was a cozy retreat. We were able to enjoy the terrace on our first evening. We were so impressed by your sense of style and lovely decor!
