Special Place in Paradise... Come and experience our 'Special Place in Paradise' at Island Beach Club, a private, quiet Gulf-front complex located on prestigious West Gulf Drive. We are centrally located on the Island, close to restaurants and shopping. Plus we are directly on the bike path.
The entire condo is interior - decorator designed and newly renovated. This two bedroom condo is complimented with art work by owner in each room. We have given personal attention to comfort to make sure your vacation is relaxing and memorable. The condo is spotless, air-conditioned, and fully-equipped with 1485 square feet.
There is a living/dining room, kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The master suite has a king bed with a private bath and powder room. The second bedroom has twins with a private bath and double walk-in shower. We also have a queen sleeper sofa. Connected to the living room and master is a screened lanai with comfortable furniture. Paddle ceiling fans are in each room. For your convenience we have three flat screen TVs with HD TV in living area. We also provide a VCR/DVD player, and answering machine. Plus beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.
We are located on the second-floor, corner unit. Our view is a lush tropical garden of palms and flowers and a beautiful pool. We are steps to the world famous shelling beach. Our unit is accessible by stairs or elevator. You have assigned, covered parking on the first
level. We also have shuffleboard.
