You are invited to stay with us at Grandview East for a spectacular beach vacation! Our condo is located directly on the Gulf with gorgeous unobstructed beach and water views from the Master Bedroom, Balcony, and the entire living area. You will enjoy incredible panoramic views up and down the beach as far as the eye can see. Crack open the sliding glass doors in the Master Bedroom and Living Room to hear the pounding surf! Grandview East also offers a seasonally heated pool, covered and uncovered parking, on-site management, and security.
This is a large,(about 1500 sg. ft.),Gulf front,three bedroom unit, with sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests. Master Bedroom and Living Room are both connected to the balcony by sliding glass doors. High ceilings (9 ft. and 10 ft.) give an extra spacious feel to all rooms.
Free daily beach service, two lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella, is included in the rate!
Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, free high-speed internet access, three TV's and DVD Players, and full-size washer and dryer. There are stainless steel appliances, stunning granite counter tops, two-person marble spa tub, and a separate over-sized shower in the Master Bath. In your beach "home away from home" you will have everything needed to have a very enjoyable vacation - soft, comfortable furniture, pillow-top king bed, soft sheets and towels.
Grandview East is centrally located for you to enjoy the many Panama City Beach vacation activities. Saint Andrews State Park, restaurants, golf courses, specialty shops, convenience stores, and fast food outlets are all nearby. Family oriented activities such as miniature golf, movie theaters, and amusement parks, as well as tons of shopping are close. New Pier Point Shopping Mall is less than three miles away. Best of all, Grandview East is a smaller, intimate complex offering faster elevator service, closer parking, and a less crowded beach.

We absolutely loved staying at Grandview East. The owner was wonderful to work with. The condo was outstanding, everything was very well cleaned and maintained, and honestly the pictures just dont do it justice. We had everything there that we needed for our weeks stay. The view was spectacular. I think the best part of the whole trip was watching the dolphins swim by every morning with my daughter, not to mention the stingray, mantaray and we believe 2 manatees(recommend taking binoculars if you want an up close look at the sea life from the balcony). Enjoyed watching the sunsets and of course eating sea food every night. Pier Park was just a short drive away with lots of shops and resturaunts, and little carnival type rides for the kids. I honestly can't say enough good things about our trip, from dealing with the owner, to the condo, and the views. It was a wonderful, very relaxing trip that we needed before the holidays hit. I would deffinatly stay there again and recommend it highly to anyone that wants to go to Panama City Beach.

We stayed in this condo Labor Day weekend. This is a very clean and very beautiful condo. The weather was not the best but we had a great time anyway. Harry was very easy to work with. The condo is well furnished and has everything you will need, including a washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms have TV's and very comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this condo to stay in. There were 6 adults and 1 child in my family that stayed in the condo and we never got in each other's way.

This condo was wonderful. My family stayed for a week this May and I have never been so sad to leave. We had five adults and four children ages 3-7 for a total of 9 people and still had plenty of room!!! This condo is MUCH bigger than the pictures make it look. I have been vacationing in PCB for about 20 yrs and have never stayed somewhere so clean. I had very high expectations after reading the previous reviews and Mr. Adcock did not disappoint. He is extremely easy to work with and we will definitely be back next year!

We went in mid May and loved it! We had a wide range of ages and all of us loved every part of the condo. Everything was just as described in the description with some things being even better. There were two mornings that dolphins were visible from the balcony. The location is great and has everything you may need within a very short driving distance. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We will definatley stay here again when in the area.

This condo is best one I have staye at. Greaty location and has everything you need . The condo looks just like the picture Harry posted on the internet maybe even better. It has everything you need for your stay. Just like being home. Will be going back next year.

This condo is very beautiful and comfortable. The king size bed, the 2 full size beds, and the 2 twin beds all have pillowtop mattresses and are very comfy. The couch & loveseat are also very roomy and comfortable. The view from the balcony, the living room, and master bedroom was absolutely fantastic! This is the perfect vacation spot and Harry is wonderful to work with. It's also just a short walk down the beach to Pineapple Willy's. There are plenty of other restaurants, shops, and activities right down the street. You simply can't go wrong staying here!

This was the best vacation ever. The condo was clean and had everything in it that we needed. Although it is on the 16th floor we had no trouble getting elevators promptly. We are both disabled and could get around very nicely.
