Our condo is located in a unique wooded beach community with parking for two cars. It's an easy trip from Baltimore, Delaware, Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
This condo has been furnished for use by owner so it has everything to make it a home.
New furniture in 2007. When you step into the unit the first thing you will notice is the most beautiful view of the bay. A very large, carpeted, screened in porch awaits you.
There is a large picnic table perfect for having dinner by sunset or trying a Maryland crab feast! Two adirondack chairs are great for having a glass of wine and catching up on that new beach read! When you are ready, walk to the beach or right outside to the largest pool in Ocean City. No need to drive everywhere either. Save your gas. It's easy to catch the bus and ride 10 minutes to reach the Ocean City Boardwalk- one of the best in the nation. Walk to shops and restaurants too!
Golfers, we are close to several great courses on the shore. Why stay in a hotel, when you can relax in your own living room after being on the greens all day.

Ride the trolley to see the whole boardwalk. Be sure to check out the brand new library that is just steps away. It's a beautiful facility with comfortable porch and computers/internet access.

Why the Owner Chose North Ocean City
We wanted to buy a vacation property and be able to bring our boat, have a dock, etc. But when the agent showed us this property and the view we said "this is it!" Never regretted the decision for an instant. We think we have the best view in Ocean City. When you sit on our porch and look out at the bay and enjoy the peaceful view, you forget you're in a thriving beach resort just blocks away. We love it and hope you will too.
