Located in privately gated community of Briarwood, this tastefully decorated lake view home has a split floor plan which offers pool/lanai access from the master bedroom, guest bedroom and the living room.
The home has vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans, entertainment center, dining room, breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has three sliding glass doors that open up entirely to the lanai area with electric heated pool, outdoor dining and an area for sunbathing. In the evening, the pool is surrounded by soft landscape lights. Perfect for entertaining.
The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, private bath with oversized shower stall and garden soaking tub, and private lavatory. This room also has a beautiful view and access to the pool/lanai/lake.
On the opposite side of the house there is a second and third bedroom suite that share a full-sized bath with shower and tub. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, dresser with TV, desk with internet access. This room also has view and access via glass door to the pool/lanai area. There is an extra half bath and outside shower in the lanai, right outside this bedroom. Perfect for rinsing off after a swim.
The third bedroom has a set of twin beds and a dresser and plenty of closet space.

Dear Michele and Ian, We just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time staying at your property at Briarwood in Naples last July. Relaxing at the poolside with a glass of wine and a good book with the view on the lake was amazing. We also appreciated the BBQ’s in the evening at the poolside. We also spend some time at the beautiful beaches and it is perfectly situated for a day trip to the Everglades. The kids had a lot of fun. You also did a marvellous job in decorating and furnishing the house and everything is available to have a beautiful and relaxing holiday. Hi Michele ~ I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your home on 598 Briarwood in Naples during the week of 8/14 thru 8/21. I noticed several extra nice touches you made to the property since we stayed there last, such as the new entertainment center, the new floors with the area rugs are very nice, and cozy. We really had a wonderful time at your home and found ourselves spending a lot of time relaxing around, but mostly in the pool. It's obvious you care about making vacationers experience a very enjoyable and memorable one. I'm sure we'll be back next year to enjoy a repeat of our wonderful experience. Your house is so nicely located just 5 minutes to the lovely beaches and downtown Naples but away from all the noise.
