This is a uniquely convenient house located equidistant to Amagansett and East Hampton. You are close to restaurants, markets and shops, as well as several bay and ocean beaches. The bike riding is superb, and kayaking, canoeing and fishing are 5 minutes away. The house has a newly renovated kitchen with granite counters, an island and all new appliances. Its heaven if you like to cook. The house has skylights and a very open feel. The exterior of the house and the deck have just been repainted. The pool is heated and 18' by 36'. There is a front deck, side deck and large back beck by the pool. I have rented to both families and couples, all of whom have enjoyed it tremendously. The street is very quiet and the house is set way back. Families with kids particularly like the recently installed pool alarm!!
