You have to see these Beautiful Mountain Views! This large log cabin style house is a wonderful place to spend a perfect mountain getaway. The house features an open floor plan with a large stone fireplace as the center point of the room. The living area is a cozy place to enjoy a movie or just relax with family and friends.
The dining area has a large hand made table that can accommodate plenty of people! The kitchen has all the bells and whistles for fixing a delicious meal. The porch that leads off of the back of the house not only has one of the most breath taking views but has all the space you would need for entertaining. There is an outdoor living and dining area and also a full size chase lounge perfect for afternoon naps!
The master bedroom is on the main level and has queen size bed and a private bath and access out to the back porch. There are two guest bedrooms upstairs and also a living area perfect for playing card games. The first guest bedroom upstairs has two twin size beds and the second has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom.
On the bottom level of the house there is a third bedroom with a queen size bed. Also downstairs is the den that features a large TV, pool table, Wii Video Game System and a wet bar. There is also a lower level patio that has a beautiful view. The Tree Music Lodge is a marvelous house that has all of the luxuries of a warm mountain retreat!

Owner Description
Deer Ridge was formed to serve the needs of a rapidly expanding and diverse vacation market in the Mountains of Western North Carolina.
Jim Kolisch, President and co-owner, has over 20 years of Property Management experience. He and his wife, Karen, and two daughters, Kim and Kristy, were attracted to the outdoors of WNC. The entire family enjoyed mountain road biking, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking. Unfortunately when he started visiting and vacationing in WNC he found locating a comfortable mountain vacation home was difficult, time consuming, and often lead to many unexpected surprises and complications.
Seeing a market niche that had not been filled Jim and his daughter, Kristy Harris, Vice President of operations and Broker-in-charge, created Deer Ridge Property Management and the vacation home division. The foundation of their company was to provide complete guest and owner services, and total satisfaction with no surprises.
The company’s services have expanded to include three divisions:
• Vacation Rental Homes
• Long Term Rental Homes
• Condominium and Homeowner Association Management
Kristy Kolisch Harris is the vice president of operations and the Broker-in-charge of the company. Her background in marketing and communications has contributed greatly to our extensive marketing campaign for our rental homes. Kristy lives in Cedar Mountain with her husband, Billy, their daughter Emma and their two Labrador Retrievers, Hayla and Lilly.
