This is a large furnished executive rental home in one of the most beautiful and prestigious neighbourhoods in the city.

This house, valued at well over a million, includes a formal living room, formal dining room, a large chef's dream kitchen, great room, 2nd floor loft with south facing deck and three large bedrooms and three beautiful luxuary baths.

Enjoy the outdoors sitting on one of the two front porches, or sipping a glass of wine on the beautiful stone patio off the kitchen. Go for a short stroll and take advantage of the activities on the beach, the boardwalk, the shops and the outdoor patios of the restaurants and bars.

On warm summer nights, open the skylights and look out at the starry night. On cool nights enjoy the three fireplaces and the luxury of warm heated floors.

The granite driveway can accommodate two vehicles.

The Beach is a well enjoyed neighbourhood and a popular tourist destination located in Toronto’s East end. Known worldwide for the Boardwalk and of course it’s sandy Lake Ontario shoreline, it is also a great all season spot for a cup of coffee, a great dining experience, some fun shopping – or just a nice stroll!

The Beach enjoys a high profile in Toronto’s Real Estate market, and properties here enjoy a substantial “location” premium. The avenues are mostly lined with semi-detached and larger Victorian, Edwardian homes from the around 1900 and the 1920s. There are also a good number of newer luxury homes.

Finally there are the Beachers themselves. People like living here – and it shows. There is a wonderful small town atmosphere that surfaces on warm days, cool nights and during events like the Beaches International Jazz Festival or the Beaches Lion’s Easter Parade.
