I really enjoyed my stay at 3359 Lake Forest Villa. The villa is very nice and roomy and has great views of the lagoon - I especially enjoyed watching the egrets nest in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked ... makes it very easy for entertaining my HHI family for dinner. I had a fantastic week at 3359 Lake Forest and I look forward to coming back soon.

This is our second visit to your condo. We really enjoyed both of our stays. We love everything about this place: comfy couches, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels. We found everything we needed. The complex is private, remote and yet very close to all major hubs in Sea Pines.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us. Had a great week, we had several family members staying throughout Lake Forest. What a great place to have a family reunion. Loved all the alligator action in the lagoon and all the crazy birds. Can't wait for our next visit to Sea Pines, we love it here!

The property was not very well maintained and outdated. There is no privacy in the livingroom and diningroom as there are no window coverings on the sliding glass doors to the deck. The property was not very clean. There was no attention to detail and we expected much more from a rental property in a Resort and the owner assured us of the cleanliness when we spoke before renting. We had high expectations and this property was very disappointing in many ways. We would not recommend this property. We stayed in this Villa from 07/02/11 to 07/08/11.
Owner response:We are surprised and disappointed to learn that you did not have a positive experience while staying at our villa - our second home. Our guests have always found our villa enjoyable while making it their home while on vacation. Many of our guests have been back 2 or 3 times. In fact, one couple has rented our villa at least 6 times! Just read all the wonderful reviews guests have posted about our villa as well as the ones I've entered from our guestbook. We are very hands on owners and make sure that our guests have a memorable and pleasing experience.

Another great stay in beautiful Lake Forest. Enjoyed bird watching and alligotor spotting everyday also the beach, pool and eating out. Had fun in Amelia Island, Savannah, and Beaufort. Hairspray at the HHI theater was wonderful. Looking forward to coming again. Note by Owner: These guests have rented from us at least 5 times.

We enjoyed our four month stay at 3359. Hilton Head Island grows on you. This is our 18th year coming to the Island. It offers so many interesting things to do.

A very enjoyable week in Hilton Head with family and friends for Thanksgiving. The condo is lovely - beautiful setting across from the Forest Preserve. We loved the nightly roost of egrest and alligators in the lake. As always, a wonderful vacation in Sea Pines.

The villa is wonderful. Very cozy and has all the amenities. We especially enjoyed all the egrets roosting in the evening. We also saw a couple of alligators down the road a few condos. The pool and beach were easily accessible. We enjoyed our week so much and cannot wait to come back to Hilton Head. We also spent a day in Savannah (which is only an hour drive). Thank you!

Although we loved the villa when we saw the online photos the pictures don't tell the whole story! The villa is spacious and beautifully appointed but the lovely view out back and the quiet setting were just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Really enjoyed watching the heron strut in the morning and the egrets roost at night. We are very sorry to leave but hope to be back sometime soon!

We spent the the 4th of July holiday in this beautiful villa and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Very close to everything and yet so peaceful! My boys had a great time trying to spot alligators in the lagoon and hanging out on the deck! I will refer to this villa to all family and friends and hope to get back to Hilton Head soon!!

Spent a wonderful week in Sea Pines staying at this Lake Forest villa. Beautifully furnished, but the extras seal the deal - 2 beach chairs and towels, a bar-b-que on the deck, beverage jugs to fill and take to the beach...Perfect for guests flying to Sea Pines who can't bring their own. Loved the back deck too!

This is our second stay at 3359 Lake Forest Villa and we love it! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home. We love watching the alligators in the lagoon ... I think the one has grown since last year, and the birds nesting at night never gets old. We discovered new bike trails and restaurants. We highly recommend Fresh Fish and cornbread "yummy, yummy, yummy!" We also love that we are now familiar with Sea Pines and all the beauty this island has to offer. It has become our family's favorite vacation spot! Creating memories for our twin "almost" 13 year old boys ... well there is nothing better!

Another great stay here in Sea Pines. We love it here and are sad to have to head back to PA. Had a wonderful time with the family and friends biking, beaching, at the Heritage, eating out (Frankie Bones, Mulberry Street, Wreck of the Salty Dog, Gruby's Deli, Jump & Phil's, etc.), day tripping to Bluffton (Thurs. is market day) & Beaufort, and just enjoying the wildlife here on the lake. Already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is so close to the pool and tennis courts that we allowed our boys to go without us. It is tastfully decorated and really roomy. I especially enjoyed having the beach chairs and towels to use.

This was our second visit to this uniquely decorated villa and it won't be our last. We have vacationed in Sea Pines over the last 23 years. We have stayed in many villas throughout Sea Pines Resort. This is by far is our favorite villa. Our family is a tennis, beach, biking, swimming, fishing family. You get all of this with this villa. Not to mention, while grilling on the deck you can watch the alligators. You will not have to pack your kitchen sink as the owner of this villa has done a wonderful job stocking this villa with unlimited kitchen utensils, linens, updated TV, and beach towels and chairs. Can't wait to come again! The Smith Family

We had a wonderful time! Loved everything about our stay! The view of the alligators in the lagoon and the white egrets that roost in the trees in the evening. The location is convenent to everything; pool, tennis courts, grocery store. You are just a few minutes bike ride away from the beach, forest preserve, harbor town, stables, ice cream shop! We loved our stay so much we immediately booked the villa for the same time next year! The Long family

Wonderful place to stay—well equipped, tastefully decorated, and convenient to everything—views of the lagoon are lovely. We could walk to Sea Forest Preserve from the doorstep, bicycle to Harbourtown, Sea Pines Beach Club, and South Beach. The pool and tennis courts are on site which is great.
