VRBO 231861 and VRBO 186097. Both are ”zen-fully” decorated, have full kitchens, each sleeps 4 adults.

This private 3 room studio features: room 1 - fully furnished kitchen with porcelain tile counters and floors; room 2 - cozy plush carpeted living room/bedroom area with luxurious California King Tempur-Pedic Mattress and a Queen deluxe-innerspring futon couch, wall-mounted flat LCD TV/DVD, internet Ethernet; and room 3 - the bathroom with shower and stacked washer/dryer. Please note the Cal-King bed and Queen futon are in the same room.

You are beach-ready with beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, umbrella & back-pack beach chairs, grab your cooler and go! Your private courtyard is set up with a beautiful hand carved teak bench and your personal barbecue grill. Bring your bikes and go to many events and attractions without getting in your car.

You owe it to yourself to get away to Santa Cruz – enjoy the surf, bike along the water, have your morning coffee watching the otters - it’s all right across the street. The beach house and guest studio are located on scenic West Cliff Drive overlooking Mitchell's Cove - the same street as Natural Bridges State Park – a winter haven for Monarch Butterflies: Steamers Lane – home of world class surfing: Santa Cruz Wharf – with excellent restaurants and magnificent views: Beach Boardwalk - home of one of the world’s largest wooden roller coasters, and close to Downtown Santa Cruz – with great restaurants, shopping and lots of action.
