House is located in Ry-Zen-Sun Estates at the end of 5-61 right off of Hwy 5. Mile Marker 33. It is within sight of Hurricane Deck bridge. The home has an amazing view of the lake on 3 sides of the house and is located ~60 feet above the water. A stairway winds down to the dock and boat slip below. We have an additional 5 boat slips in the subdivision that are available for rent as well.
This home offers one of the best views on the lake. 180 degree view on two level deck where you can grill out or enjoy the view on the patio furniture. Directly across the lake from Captain Rons, the new home of the annual shoot out race, and within 5 minutes by land of Frankie and Louey's, Bulldogs, and Captain Ron's. Sufficient bedding for six (king, queen, twin bunk beds) plus a single air mattress, child's pack n play, several sleeping bags and plenty of floor space to spread out. In a quite neighborhood with a cove and channel access. Quick access to lots of activities around the lake. Perfect for family vacations.

We loved the home! Our family of four shared it with another family of five and it worked out great (4 adults, 5 small children). Everything was extremely clean, accessible and comfortable. The house has the best views - from inside and out. The great room/kitchen is so bright and roomy that you feel like you are outside! The boat dock was a short walk away and we enjoyed the neighborhood fire pit to make s'mores. Only "negatives": We have small children and had to be extra cautious on the decks - they are not child-friendly. Also, the house is on a busy part of the lake - so we used the neighborhood boat dock which is located in a cove. Overall, a great house!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
