The downstairs suite is spacious with a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and full bath. The entire suite overlooks the beach and has a private patio.
The home sits approximately 7 miles between the city of Bellingham and the town of Ferndale. Within 3 miles of the property are many amenities including a boat launch, a ferry and a casino offering several restaurants, spa services, a convenience store, liqour store, live music and gambling. Kayak off the beach in front of the house, tidepool, swim or beachcomb. Travel time to Vancouver BC is 45 minutes, Mt. Baker Ski Area 45 minutes and Lake Whatcom 12 minutes.
