A cabin of enjoyment. This beautifully decorated cabin in the Sierra Pines community is a twenty minute drive to the China Peak Ski resort and a five minute drive to one of the most picturesque lakes which offer abundant water activities.
This brand new tri-level 2850 square foot, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom has an amazing game room with a brand new Air Hockey table and two flat screen TV's with over 120 channels and a library of over 150 DVDs WIFI Internet Connection is also available. This home is professionally decorated with 2 king size beds and two queens. It has a beautiful deck to enjoy the mountain scenery and an outdoor BBQ.
This cabin offers everything you will need for that very special ski trip or lake vacation. This luxury home features granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms with stainless steel appliances, a stone gas fireplace, ceiling fans and a fabulous game room. This cabin has a two car garage and an extended driveway for boats and RV parking or 4 car parking. No other Sierra Pines Cabin offers this extra space for cars or boats!There are 2 king beds and 2 queens and 4 twin beds to sleep 12 people. The living room has a 42" screen TV with DVD player.
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a master suite with granite counter tops and double vanity sinks and jacuzzi jet tub. The master suite has a walk in closet and vaulted pine ceilings with a ceiling fan.
The main entry level has a fully stocked chef's kitchen, trash compactor and 2 bar stools. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably. The living room has beautiful new leather sofas and a stone gas fireplace with a 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room french doors open up to a beautiful deck overlooking the sierra trees and has a BBQ for outdoor dinning and beautiful patio furniture.
The bottom level has a game room for entertaining. The kids and adults will enjoy this spacious room with air hockey, foosball, wii (bring your own controllers) and game cube for video games and a game table along with a 42" flat screen tv/dvd and sofa.

Why the Owner Chose Shaver Lake
The skiing at China Peak is wonderful - it is not a crowded resort so there is rarely a wait. You can also rent snow mobile's in Huntington. The lake during the summer is a real treat with lots of private beaches and great fishing!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
I have parking available for 4 cars -other Sierra Pines can only park 2 cars at the most. Best sledding right outside the cabin. Call the 805-674-1661 number during business hours for best rate. I manage the property privately so there is not a processing fee or open and close fee like the other Sierra Pines cabins which saves you money.

I bought this cabin because my son loves to snowboard and what a wonderful time we have had. We have had some of the best winters and love China Peak ski resort. It is old fashioned, simple, no lines but with great runs. Shaver Lake is very special in the summer at the Lake because you can swim, hike, bike or just hang out. Don't forget to try the Shaver Lake Chunky Bread! Yum. You will love our cabin and the kids will love the game room.

For our family, it was our 1st family cabin get-away. I/We were absolutely estatic that we choose this particular cabin. So much to do and plenty of room to do it. We had a total of 10 kids and they had a ball. The downstairs game room is to die for. We can not wait to go again. Once there is a good snow fall we will be taking full advantage of this cabin again. The owner was kind and and provided me all the guidance I needed for our 1st stay. Only 20 minutes away from China Peak and several Snow Parks located in the Hunington Lake are. Very clean and well taken care of. Thanks So Much! The Crowleys, The Muellers and The Barton's!!!!!!

We just visited this cabin with our friends and fell in love! So clean & cozy! The view was amazing. Right outside the door we played in the snow hills. Beautifully decorated and modern.

This cabin/house has all you need for a vacation in Shaver. It is spacious and cozy at the same time. We love to go out and explore all that Shaver has to offer but we found ourselves just wanting to relax in this place. The owner was easy to deal with and everything about this place was a wonderful. We will be back with grandma and the whole family next time.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at Shaver Lake. The lake was beautiful and lots of fun. This cabin is spacious with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths on three levels. The cabin is decorated beautifully and is exceptionally clean with many extras. The beds were very comfortable. We did not want to leave! Cheryl. the owner, is wonderful and makes sure everything is great for your stay.We will be back!

This is truly one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in. Me and my family recently went on vacation to shaver lake and stayed in this cabin and I can honestly say it felt like we were at home. We all loved everything about the cabin starting with the very helpful and friendly owner all the way down to the amazing game room. I recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to stay in shaver lake ... We had an amazing time and I am sure you will to if u stay here. Thanks again for everything.

This cabin was perfect for our family weekend in Shaver Lake. There is plenty of room so each guest has some privacy, yet there are plenty of gathering areas for eating and playing! The property is clean and maintained nicely. The kitchen supplies are sufficient for making your own meals. We will rent this cabin again for our next vacation in Shaver Lake!

The moment we walked through the door, my daughter said, "This looks like a model home!", to which I completely agreed. As nice as the pictures are, they simply do not reflect the true beauty of this "cabin". Not only was the decor exquisitely appointed, but the owner (who, by the way, is extremely pleasant and helpful) takes special pains to ensure that the comfort level of her guests exceeds their expectations, as it certainly did ours. The well-stocked kitchen lacked nothing - there was even the perfect bowl for our family's favorite spinach dip! All this, surrounded by lush mountain greenery and wildlife, made our Father's Day weekend a memorable experience. My son even saw a large doe pass by below the deck as he was enjoying the star-studded night sky.We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay, and are definitely looking forward to our next visit..

Our stay at this rental was superb. The house is beautiful and the setting spectacular. The layout of the house is perfect for a family or families. The house is extraordinarily clean and well-maintained. The furniture and decorations were amazing. We stayed over the Christmas holidays and a Christmas tree was even set-up by the owner. The playroom was a big hit with my boys and they also loved playing in the snow in the development. It is also close to China Peak where my boys learned to snowboard. I should mention that this is our second vacation at this rental and we are planning our third for next year. It doesn't get any better than this and I would highly recommend this rental property.

We actually had another rental set up through a certain property management company, and at the last second, they put us in this unit. I couldn't of been happier with the way it worked out! After seeing the other places, this one was by far the nicest-from the way that it is decorated to the game room downstairs, to the stocked kitchen. What has made staying at this place more of a joy is that the owner is a pleasure to deal with. We are looking forward to staying for our third time and for many more times to come!

Wow! I don't know where to begin. This vacation home is top of the line luxury and well worth the price. I stayed here with my family during the 2010 Christmas break. The homeowner quite thoughtfully included very tasteful holiday decorations that added to my families vacation and holiday celebration. The furniture and furnishings are top grade and better than most luxury hotels. There are 2 king and 2 queen beds upstairs and 4 twin beds downstairs that are comfortable with quality linens. It also has 4 full bathrooms. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a great meal. You can even eat on the patio as there is nice furniture and a new top grade BBQ. When we were not skiing, the kids had ample things to do in the game room including watching their own movies, playing air hockey, chess and video games on the Wii. They also had fun playing in the development with other kids. My family can't wait to come back in the summer as Shaver Lake hosts a variety of fun things to do at the lake, including fishing, pontoon boats, trampoline water jumping, jet skis....wow! Quiet and beautiful surroundings. A great and reasonably priced place to take your family on vacation and create long lasting memories.
