  We stayed there for two and a half weeks over our late summer holiday and had a great time. The flats are clean, well equiped and nice! We sure are planning to return next summer!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We were pleased to find this 2br unit priced well below nearby options. Great location with access to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. Our stay was comfortable and the owner was flexible on when we met up to pay the balance. A couple of minor cleaning and maintenance issues on arrival but the owner was very nice and took care of these right away. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a great value option.

  Washer running & leaking on arrival,Kitchen faucet loose,Air intake grill dirty& dusty,carpet worn & iron imprint,needs cleaning,roches,shower handle loose.Outside area nice & good location.Just needs a little more care inside.

  Owner response: PLEASE CALL ME IF THERE IS EVER AN ISSUE. We live only 5 minutes away. At check-in if there is ever a problem just call and it will be taken care of ASAP. This was the first time I ever heard of these issues. I pride myself on having a great vacation property. I hope you come and experience this wonderful property for yourself. Also, when I went to collect the balance of the money owed to me a few days after the travelers' arrival I did not hear a peep about anything being a problem. This is a great place at a very great price! Thank you for your time in reading this. Jim

  Hi, Just wanted to say that our stay was wonderful!! The condo was very nice and very comfortable. Loved the easy access to the beach. The only slightly negative thing I found was that the pool was too cold for us, but being that we came in November and the beach was so close this would not deter us from coming again or referring Jim to others ; ) Thanks to Jim for making our visit so easy and worry free.

  Owner response: Dear guests, Please let me know if the pool is not warm enough for you! I will gladly turn up 1 of the 2 pool heaters and accomodate your request. Generally the pool is a minimum of 80 degrees in the winter...It's never a problem to make it warmer...it heats up extremely fast...please just let me know.   Visit time was first week of October 2010 The condo was wonderful very relaxed and quiet. The beach was a short walk across the street beach chairs were below the steps for the beach. You could walk to many different restaurants very safe. Property was very clean and pictures were very accurate Jim the owner was very helpful and answered all our concerns. Hot tub was great for a relaxing end to the day!

  My family and I totally enjoyed our experience at this location. The beach is just a 3 minute or so walk and the owners have a big pile of chairs and other beach related items just under the stairs for anyone to use. The best feature for us was that the pool cathches the morning sun and is shaded by 1pm or so for a cooler off the beach experience without the risk or our baby sunburning. The pool was clean with just a bit of sand on the bottom. The unit had two full bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Another cool part of this condo is it's central location along gulf blvd. It's only a 10 minute drive to Clear Watter beach and 15 minutes to John's Pass(which is a great place to shop, eat, take boat rides, rent jet skis and more. The owner was very good about a relaxed check in and out process and made sure to fix any problems promptly. The renovated unit I stayed in was beautiful and had a condo laundry in the unit. There were also plenty of dishes to eat with in the condo.
