Spectacular is the only way to describe this 18th floor end unit condo with Eastern exposure. Over 2000 square feet of living space with awesome views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intra-coastal waterway on the Halifax River.
The living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook are all tastefully decorated with comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The bedrooms are furnished with a king, a queen and two twin sized beds. Each of the three bedroom has its own full bath. The master bath is oversized with a walk-in glass block shower, separate soaking tub, double sinks, and walkin closet.
You can walk out to the 174 sqft balcony from the Master bedroom and the living room sliding glass doors, where you can sit and enjoy the scenic breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. You may also enjoy fabulous views from every room through large picture windows and sliding glass doors.

Why the Owner Chose Dimucci Twin Towers
Welcome to Daytona Beach area, known for its beautiful sandy beaches where you can drive a car, RV, bike, or, motorcycle on. Also known for the Daytona 500 NASCAR Races, Bike week, Biketober Fest.
We vacationed in Florida for over twenty years, and when we retired we moved to the Sunshine State to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean climate and its sea breeze. A breeze that keeps the temperature 10 degress cooler in the summer and 10 degress warmer in the winter than inland Florida or on the Florida Gulf. The Ocean and the Intra-Coastal Waterway views are nothing short of spectacular. We really enjoy the moderate temperature and many days of sunshine. Where else in the world can you drive on georgeous sandy beaches?

Doris grew up in St. Louis and Herb in Oklahoma. Herb spent 25 years in the Marince Corps as an Aviator. Doris was in the restaurant business for almost 20 years. We moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1977 and sold real estate together for 25 years, moving to Daytona full time in 2002. We have owned, operated and managed our own rentals for over 30 years.
We always looked forward to vacationing in Florida or the Carribean. We deciced why go to the Carribean when we can do the same thing in Florida, The Sunshine State. The beauty of Daytona, is not just the activities, of which there are plenty, but the natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, and its tropical weather and paradise.

Fantastic place to stay. We were here for Biketoberfest and the owners were great to work with. Place had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean, well equipped with all the comforts of home, great views, plenty of room, great location, and as an added bonus, dolphin sightings. And the price was very reasonable. Inside parking, lots of dishes, exercise room, pools, hot tubs. We didn't have to leave the condo if we didn't want to. Some of us stayed in the resort on some days just to relax. We were 3 adult couples traveling together, but this place would also be great for families. We never felt crowded and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Location was ideal; close to restaurants, highways, centrally located if we wanted to go in any direction. Would have liked to have stayed for the month, but had to get back to work after only a week.

This condo far exceeded our expectations. We've been renting condos in Daytona Shore for the past eight years and this unit ranks at the top of our list. The pictures don't do it justice. It's an impeccable condo in a very well maintained and secure building. The views from the 18th floor are picture perfect. During one week we were 2 teens and 5 adults sharing this condo and this unit is spacious enough that everyone had their space. It felt alot emptier when we were down to 5 the second week. We eally appreciated having a dining room table able to accommodate all of us at meal times. We enjoy cooking and this unit has a well equipped kitchen with all appliances in good running order. The unit is very clean as are the public areas. We appreciated having access to two well maintained pools. The location is great - about 5 minutes from Publix, 1 minute from Dunlawton Bridge and under 5 to miniature golf. We appreciated the owners, Herbert and Doris being there to meet us, show us around and bring us up to speed on things to do while we were there. When Doris realized there was no laundry detergent in the laundry room, they discreetly left some for us the next day. You can't beat that for great service.We will definitely return and do not hesitate recommending this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe home away from home.

Outstanding asset to a family vacation. Herb & Doris are genuine in wanting everyone to enjoy their vacation or time in their condo. Beautiful property - secure - and all your amenities are there. I find it hard to believe that they would offer such a luxury lodging to others. Watched the dolphins play in the surf - watched miles of beach activity. While the weather was not cooperating during our stay - end of February 2010 - it was a warm place to be and to play from. While I was hesitant to risk renting the condo without actually seeing it - the on-line photos are accurate and the unit is clean and comfortable. I will be recommending this property to anyone who may ask for a good place to stay at Daytona Shores. Don't believe you will find a better place to stay AND have owners so trusting. On the other side of of all that - Herb & Doris were always available at a moments notice to meet and greet, as well as being there in the event we needed help - direction - suggestion. The hotel that we have been staying at in Daytona for 20 years was doing some remodeling so we found this awesome condo online. I don't think the hotel will ever see us again. This was the same price for a week and had so much more. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice when you have 5 adults. It was always a hassle when getting ready to go out in the hotel but this was a breeze. The kitchen was great with all the pots, pans, glasses, appliances etc. that you would need. Large table where we could all sit down for a meal or a game. We had a great time and will be back.

As entered in our guest book: Thank you for a wonderfule week in your condo. The photos on the website were beautiful so we expected a nice place but it far exceeded our expectations! The views are awsome and we especially loved the lagre balcony. Also, the place is beautifully decorated. My sister, brother-in-law, our parents, and my husband and I had a wonderful week sunning, relaxing, and eating seafood. It was so nice also for each of us to have our own large bdedroom and private bathroom. We definitely hope to come again next year. THANK YOU again for sharing your lovely condo with us. Deanna
