My husband and I got married on the beach in florida this past week. We stayed in this unit while we were in daytona. It was like home away from home. The owners we very nice and took the time to show us around. We will definantly be back!

Herb & Doris are the most hospitable owners I have ever delt with. From the moment I sent the first correspondence to the final day that we left. Their condo is so wonderful, clean and properly furnished. You can't help but love Herb & Doris. I can't wait for our summer vaction as we will be vacationing on the 18th floor once again. Home away from home

This condo far exceeded our expectations. We've been renting condos in Daytona Shore for the past eight years and this unit ranks at the top of our list. The pictures don't do it justice. It's an impeccable condo in a very well maintained and secure building. The views from the 18th floor are picture perfect. During one week we were 2 teens and 5 adults sharing this condo and this unit is spacious enough that everyone had their space. It felt alot emptier when we were down to 5 the second week. We eally appreciated having a dining room table able to accommodate all of us at meal times. We enjoy cooking and this unit has a well equipped kitchen with all appliances in good running order. The unit is very clean as are the public areas. We appreciated having access to two well maintained pools. The location is great - about 5 minutes from Publix, 1 minute from Dunlawton Bridge and under 5 to miniature golf. We appreciated the owners, Herbert and Doris being there to meet us, show us around and bring us up to speed on things to do while we were there. When Doris realized there was no laundry detergent in the laundry room, they discreetly left some for us the next day. You can't beat that for great service.We will definitely return and do not hesitate recommending this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe home away from home.

Outstanding asset to a family vacation. Herb & Doris are genuine in wanting everyone to enjoy their vacation or time in their condo. Beautiful property - secure - and all your amenities are there. I find it hard to believe that they would offer such a luxury lodging to others. Watched the dolphins play in the surf - watched miles of beach activity. While the weather was not cooperating during our stay - end of February 2010 - it was a warm place to be and to play from. While I was hesitant to risk renting the condo without actually seeing it - the on-line photos are accurate and the unit is clean and comfortable. I will be recommending this property to anyone who may ask for a good place to stay at Daytona Shores. Don't believe you will find a better place to stay AND have owners so trusting. On the other side of of all that - Herb & Doris were always available at a moments notice to meet and greet, as well as being there in the event we needed help - direction - suggestion. Thanks to both of you - my family (especially the grand-daughters) had a Great Time! Kevin N. and family

WOW WOW WOW

Fantastic place to stay. We were here for Biketoberfest and the owners were great to work with. Place had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean, well equipped with all the comforts of home, great views, plenty of room, great location, and as an added bonus, dolphin sightings. And the price was very reasonable. Inside parking, lots of dishes, exercise room, pools, hot tubs. We didn't have to leave the condo if we didn't want to. Some of us stayed in the resort on some days just to relax. We were 3 adult couples traveling together, but this place would also be great for families. We never felt crowded and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Location was ideal; close to restaurants, highways, centrally located if we wanted to go in any direction. Would have liked to have stayed for the month, but had to get back to work after only a week.

We stayed in this condo June 2009 and it was GREAT!! It had everything we needed. Everything was in great shape. When we go back to Daytona we are staying here!

Great vacation rental

The hotel that we have been staying at in Daytona for 20 years was doing some remodeling so we found this awesome condo online. I don't think the hotel will ever see us again. This was the same price for a week and had so much more. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice when you have 5 adults. It was always a hassle when getting ready to go out in the hotel but this was a breeze. The kitchen was great with all the pots, pans, glasses, appliances etc. that you would need. Large table where we could all sit down for a meal or a game. We had a great time and will be back.

As entered in our guest book: Thank you for a wonderfule week in your condo. The photos on the website were beautiful so we expected a nice place but it far exceeded our expectations! The views are awsome and we especially loved the lagre balcony. Also, the place is beautifully decorated. My sister, brother-in-law, our parents, and my husband and I had a wonderful week sunning, relaxing, and eating seafood. It was so nice also for each of us to have our own large bdedroom and private bathroom. We definitely hope to come again next year. THANK YOU again for sharing your lovely condo with us. Deanna

condo was great...clean, spacious and everything advertised. 2 elevators quick, pool clean, chairs comfortable and plenty of them, easy beach access, A1A easy to get onto...not crowded at all...plan on coming back!!!

As "Mama Gump" says - Life is like a box of chocolates - ya' never know what you're gonna get. "Well, whoever gets 1804 gets the good stuff! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with our family. The pool was great, and the family enjoyed the billiards table. We were surprised to be in the ocean with some dolphins and saw several bald eagles as we rode around the countryside. This condo was amazing. On our first morning we were able to see dolphins swimming in the ocean from the balcony. Everything was just as they described it. The condo was clean and well equipped with all you need to have the perfect vacation. The owner called to check that everthing was going well and to see if there was anything else that we needed. The condo was actually more than we expected it t be. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful vacation on the beach with their family and friends. If you were looking to eat at a restaurant there were many to choose from less than 15 minutes away. I would gladly return to this condo for another vacation and I will be telling my friends and family to check it out when they are planning a vacation. This was one of our best vacations ever.

WOW! What a beautiful condo, a gorgeous view, a wonderful week! We thank you for letting us have this piece of heaven on earth for a week. On the trip down we saw a Bald Eagle and her nest with a baby Bald Eagle in it. When we arrived you welcomed us and showed us around. Thank you so much for your thoughfulenss. From the condo balcony we saw a manta ray in the ocean, several dolphis, and the SHUTTLE take-off - - -all on the 31st. WOW, What a day!! A beautiful week!! Larry and Sue
