  This house was the perfect location for my mom's birthday celebration! The house was very well maintained and only a short walk to the beach. It was super easy working with Ian and would highly recommend this rental, in fact we are talking about making this a yearly family outing.

  The home is lovely and the patio/backyard very, very nice. This was my third visit to the property. I would highly recommend the property. The property manager is very responsive and takes care of everything so well and should be commended. The property is clean and well maintained with so many ammenities. The Galley restaurant in Morro Bay is wonderful and the Harbor Hut restaurant too has great views.

  Had a wonderful stay at this home. Coming in from NM and spending time with family from NV, AZ and CA was priceless and we had everything we could ask for here!

  We had a marvelous time for our re-union with our 5 daughters, their husbands, and grandchild!!! A large group, 11adults-one baby, we had plenty of room and totally enjoyed the beautiful house and backyard! We were close to all Morro Bay activities and were so happy to spend evenings bbq-ing and playing games...just sharing time with each other!! The weather was perfect (even though the forecast predicted much cooler weather) and day trips included the beach, shopping, seafood by the water, family bike trip, walks on the beach, etc. etc. The house was comfortable, well-decorated, clean, fully equipped, and I could move in tomorrow :)!!   Wonderful vacation rental for family. Very nicely maintained. Kitchen great; lots of room for family to gather. Property manager excellent. Will rent this one again.

  I rented this property for my family as well as some of my friends. Each family had their own bedroom, and there was plenty of room in the rest of the house. We enjoyed the kitchen with its openness to cook and visit. The backyard shower was awesome, and we used it everyday to rinse off the kids. It even had hot water! The beach truly is just a short path down the street! There were beach cruisers to borrow, and we rode them down a short path to take the kids to a park. The house was clean and had top-notch furnishings. We really enjoyed every bit of this house and will definitely use this house annually.

  Great points - back yard, patio, grill, biking. hiking, Close to great little beach towns with awesome food - just a short drive to SLO. Ocean breeze. Not so great - the fireplace not working (we love our family time in front of the fire) and we were not notified. Kitchen is beautiful but a little sparse on dishes - we bought paper plates, a skillet and griddle since the pans were in pretty bad shape. I would advise you to take your own.... We stay in Morro every summer .... but with no fire place it's just not the same. :(

  Beach-house is roomy, clean, and big. Love the kitchen and the backyard. The price is reasonable. The location is great. Renting the place is easy (thank you Ian). All in all, what a great experience.

  My family stayed in this house over Christmas break and I can't rave enough about the property. The house was incredibly comfortable since it had two living areas....one large area with a huge, comfy couch and another area with plenty of seating and a large screen TV. The house was very clean and well stocked including paper products and dishwashing detergent. The house came with a two car garage and was just one house in from the ocean. The listing accurately described the location but I think the house was much prettier in person. The town of Morro Bay is really cute and we spent some of our time going to restaurants on the water or going to the remodeled movie theatre in town. The rental house is a short 10 minute drive to San Luis Obispo and we headed there for shopping and dining also. All in all, I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation near the sea.

  Our 3 adult children and spouses and 2 grandkids spent 5 days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Each family had their own bedroom, which worked out great. The HUGE family room is separate from the living room so the grandkids could be in one room watching movies, etc while others could be in the front living room visiting. Kitchen is spacious so we weren't tripping over each other and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit down to eat together. The wireless worked great. 2 of the bedrooms have small TV's too. HUGE back yard was fun for all of us and having the outdoor shower for the grandkids to wash the sand off after beachtime was a God-send. We had 4 cars so 2 were able to park in the garage and 2 on the driveway. The beach is HUGE and empty! Very few people probably because Morro Bay has more overcast days than other beaches, but that was perfect for us. It was still warm enough for the kids to get in the water and make sandcastles. And the town is only a 5-min drive. We hit the Embarcadero twice...once to just go shopping/eating and the next day all of us went back and rented one of the electric boats for an hour. That was a kick. You drive the boat yourself and it's fully enclosed with thick plastic see-thru walls...lots of fun! Everyone really enjoyed that.
