This is an exceptional spot with sensational views of the bay of Villefranche Sur Mer. The Villa has been interior designed and is both beautiful and comfortable. Relax around the wonderful infinity pool or in the landscaped gardens with shady corners. This is the perfect romantic setting for a self catering holiday with family or friends. There are three self contained parts to the villa each with it's own kitchen and bathroom. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total and a cloakroom. Enjoy the magnificent views and romantic ambiance. A perfect summer holiday rental which gives the choice of self catering as the villa is within walking distance of great restaurants in the beautiful old and historic town of Villefranche. Just as close is the sea and lovely beach adding to a holiday which offers everything your heart desires.
The Villa has a state of the art air conditioning system. This winter the outside and inside of the Villa has been re-painted with new tiling around the swimming pool. The villa has ample parking and is within easy reach of Nice, Monte Carlo and Italy. Cannes, Vence and Antibes are an easy drive away. This is the best location on the Cote D'Azur by far.

Our group (five couples) recently stayed at this lovely villa. The three separate living areas allowed us to spread out and not be in each others hair. The villa was clean and well maintained and Norbert checked on us frequently. Of course, the view was to die for!! The village was a precious gem and the location proved to be very central for our drives to Monaco, Nice, Ez, and villages in between. We enjoyed the restaurant, Comos, so much that we went twice. It is located in the village and was recommended by Mattie. I would, however, not recommend this villa if you have a disability that prevents you from climbing a lot of steps, as the villa has approximately 50 to 60 steps. Otherwise, I would highly recommend a visit to this heaven on earth.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Last spring, an online search for Villefranche villas led our group of seven to Villa Les Fauvettes, and the reality did not disappoint. A more luxurious, relaxing and convenient Riviera location would be hard to imagine. The central location is within walking distance of the Old Town and offers easy driving or rail access to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Provence and the Italian border. The layout of separate suites within the villa itself afforded privacy between our shared times around the pool and at mealtimes on the expansive terrace. As the sun went down and the lights of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat came on, the views out across the harbour were simply stunning. The Villa was well-maintained, the bedrooms airy and restful, and the large, modern kitchen easy to use. Mattie was our helpful first contact, and Christina our gracious, on-site host who was quick to respond to the few questions that we had. There is ample covered parking off a quiet lane, while the Villa’s lush gardens only add to that sense of opulence and ease that befits a vacation on the Côte d’Azur.Owner response: I am always delighted when our guests have a wonderful time like this.
