Year Purchased: 2009
We own several rental properties in the states and we have grown to love everything about Cabo San Lucas. We designed and built this home so that it takes advantage of every view we could possible get. It is amazingly peaceful and the name Casa de Querencia means "place I love to come back to".
Why the Owner Chose Pedregal
We designed and built the home on this lot because of the privacy, the quietness, the absolute beauty of the Pacific Ocean. We love to spend the evenings on the beach with a bottle of wine watching the sun set. We love the food, people, and overall kicked back way of life in Cabo.
The Unique Benefits of this House
we have a massage therapist that will come to the house and set up on the deck and give hour and 10 minute massages for $50.00. We have the most amazing chefs that will come and cook for us, we love to hike in the hills of Pedregal, the cruise ships come by so close to our home you can almost reach out and touch them, the whales play all day long, so many at times we lose count and the birds are amazing......
