nice house but was not ready when we arrived

when we arrived pool was dirty and told would not be ready till next day. house was hot and we had to turn on ac for bedrooms. Washing machine was broke the entire week which meant same set of sheets all week. Poor communication with owner when had these problems with nothing but broken promises. also the two main master suite are very nice but the other two bedrooms are not near as nice which could be complicated with three or four couples

Owner response:When these guests arrived the pool had a slight greenish tint to it due to the incredibly hot weather and the fact that the house had been rented so much the week prior. What the people failed to say is that the minute they complained our pool maintenance guys were there within half an hour and immediately shocked the pool. The day these guests arrived the temperature was over 100 degrees in Cabo. While the A/C was on in the main house we do not make it a practice of turning on a/c units in the bedrooms when we have no idea what time guests will be arriving. The electric bills in Cabo run over $2,000.00 per month during the hot season. The washing machine apparently did malfunction while these guests were at the home and another was immediately purchased. There are 5 sets of high end sheets in each room so them having 1 set of sheets for the week is completely inaccurate. They had daily maid service as well. The other 2 master suites are not as large as the upper 2 but are very nice and have amazing views of the ocean as well. These guests were doctors and I spoke with them daily prior to their arrival and several times the first few days they were there. I was staying at the hospital with my best friend that was having a 5 days series of cancer treatments during their stay and finally turned my phone off and let the house manager that was there being verbally beaten up by these guys daily handle them which he didn't mind doing at all. I also responded to them in length with an e-mail answering all of their questions, addressing their concerns that the bedrooms were not cold when they arrived. We have never had one bad review, ever so this is quite surprising. To try to satisfy this guest, we purchased steak and Lobster and the house manager prepared this meal for them (8 guests).

Went to the villa with 3 couples, all of us having little kids. The villa was great, and the chef (Rudolfo) made amazing dishes! I'd highly recommend staying here. Tami was great to work with as well!

Casa De Querencia was amazing! Views from every room. The photos don't do justice to this beautiful home. Excellent amenities. Not to mention the beds were so comfortable! We rarely left the house. Roldolfo the Chef made several delicious meals. He was very resourceful and even helped arrange for massage therapists to come to the house. We didn't have to lift a finger! Definetly got much needed R&R! Definetly would stay again. Doesn't get any better then this!

Loved Every Moment there

This was our first time in Mexico and we had no idea what to expect. Well, once we reached our destination at Casa de Querencia, any questions we had vanished. Each room has a spectacular view of the ocean and the evening setting sun. The amenities’ within the house are beyond description. The pool, the outdoor cooking, the entertainment system and just the relaxation were beyond our hopes. My family can’t wait to go back.

My New Cabo Favorite!

We went to Cabo on a golf/fishing trip with 4 guys and rented this amazing home in Pedregal just a few blocks up the hill from the beach on the Pacific side. This home was every bit as beautiful as the pictures and the owner and local staff and management were amazing. Love the architecture, construction and especially appreciate the attention to detail and furnishings that made you feel like you were a guest and not a renter. It's hard to find a better option and the price was a bargain. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful relaxing time on our trip. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool, patio, views, private beach and in house massage. I didn't feel like we needed to leave the house to experience the vacation I wanted. I hope we can visit again soon!

My family and I had an amazing experience staying here. All the rooms are very nicely appointed and each have their own unique feel. The views are spectacular and the design/ layout of the house works beautifully with the surroundings. I would highly recommend this to any group for an amazing experience.
