Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom cottage located at the base of Eucalyptus Hill. Just under a mile to East Beach and 2 miles to Downtown Santa Barbara. Built in the 1920's, this cozy cottage retains its old fashioned charm with a new claw foot tub and shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom. Features beautiful wood floors throughout. Both bedrooms have queen beds. Peek of the ocean from the front porch and living room. Kitchen comes completely equipped. Full laundry room available. Flat screen television with satellite connection in living room, also has DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies. Cable modem with wireless internet connectivity throughout property. Have your coffee on the front porch and enjoy the cool ocean breeze, or take it to the sunny private back patio.

  • We stayed here for a month, and we loved the place. The place was beautifully decorated, and everything that we needed was all there. Ann living just across from the street made sure everything was working properly. The price was reasonable, and the location was perfect. I can definitely recommend this place for a long stay.

  • We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. Walking distance to the waterfront, blocks away from shops and restaurants, even a Trader Joe's within a short walk. The house was immaculate with great details and charm. The beds were very comfy and cozy. It has a beautiful bathroom with a claw-foot tub. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and we cooked a lot. Great stone patio off of the kitchen with a picnic bench and gas BBQ. We will definitely stay here again."
