Location: Sayville, Long Island, New York, USA (Sayville, 1 Hour East of NYC, 45 minutes To the Hamptons)
Accommodations: Home, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 8)
Perfectly located bayfront home situated just before the Hamptons traffic begins! A gorgeous home in the charming village of Sayville, on the south shore of Long Island, midway between New York City and the Hamptons - an easy hour trip to either by train or car. It's also just an hour ride to beautiful North Fork Wineries and only a 20 minute ferry or car ride to beautiful Fire Island ocean beaches (ferry terminal is in Sayville - one and a half miles from our home, or you can drive over the bridge to beautiful Robert Moses Park.) You can also enjoy quaint Main Street, Sayville, one mile from our home, with numerous clothing boutiques and antique stores, gourmet food shops and even a wine boutique! Wonderful restaurants for all tastes - from fine dining to casual seafood restaurants on the Bay. Also a convenient 10 minute ride to Long Island Islip MacArthur Airport.
Our newly renovated home features 240 feet on the Great South Bay, with incredible views from most rooms. Just put up your feet and enjoy the views of Fire Island and the distant blinking of its lighthouse. Enjoy swimming right in your back yard! The kitchen is newly remodeled with state of the art appliances, granite counter tops and a center island, with panoramic views of the bay and Fire Island. The huge Master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, marble bath and new rosewood flooring, and a balcony overlooking the bay. We enjoy sunrise and sunset over the Bay from October to April, a rare phenomenon! A luxury all-season home convenient to New York City and the Hamptons, with every amenity imaginable!
Sorry, not suitable for toddlers or non-swimmers. Home is directly on the bay with bulkhead.
