This condo was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 8 people, 5 adults and 3 teenagers. We had plenty of space and having all the extra TV's in the bedrooms was a real plus when everyone couldn't decide to watch the same thing. The access to the beach is right across the street and very easy to get to. The parking underneath was more than adequate, we had 3 cars and 5 bikes and had plenty of room. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, we are looking forward to coming back next year.

We very much enjoyed the condo. We have stayed at other Islander Villas before and this one was the best. We had 4 adults and 3 small children (5-8 years old), and we had plenty of space. The extra DVD players were a plus for those late afternoons when we needed a break from the sun. The owners were very easy to work with and extremely helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at the condo in the Islander Beach Resort. The decor of the condo was actually much cuter then what the pictures looked like online. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was immaculate and in great condition. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The location of the four bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for our needs. Having two 'masters' with King beds really helped avoid the 'who gets the bigger bed' question. The DVD players in several of the rooms worked out well - at night so the 'younger' kids could watch a movie in one room and the 'older' kids in another. The flat screen televisions in all of the rooms were nice as well. There was a large deck where you can relax at night..you can see and hear the ocean through the houses in front of the condo. The beach access is a short walk - there are stairs to the beach (up and then down) versus a ramp which was challenging for the beach cart loaded down with coolers, chairs, toys, etc. but we made the magic happen...Having access to the Islander Beach Club Pool was great - and refreshing for the kids at the end of the day - it wasn't extremely crowded, which was a nice surprise. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was fine - good for kids, and pretty good for adults. The tiki bar outside is nice as well. The beach was fantastic for kids of all ages - they had a blast - the beach is wide with gradual slopes into the water, so not too deep too quickly for little ones. The entire location was very family friendly - but it could be great for a couples getaway as well. Chris and Jennifer were very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had before our trip. I was very pleased with our proximity to the pool and beach (especially with little ones). The condo was super cute and very well maintained. You can tell they really care about their place and take efforts to keep it very nice. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and hope to return again soon. Living 2 hours from the North Carolina Beaches, we have stayed in many places in Ocean Isle, Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, Topsoil Beach, Wrightsville Beach, etc. This has been one of our top favorite trips so far - you won't be disappointed.

We had a neighborhood gathering, only at the beach! This condo was exactly as described. Very clean, really cute decor and incredibly functional for families with small children. The beach access is just across the street which is very convenient when carrying baskets full of sand toys! There is a nice view of the ocean between two homes in front of the condo, and if you look East and West, you can see more of the ocean. The beach is absolutely beautiful! The children loved playing in the tide pools and body surfing. OIB is very kid friendly! Cooking dinner was a snap in the fully equipped kitchen. On the night we decided to order out, the delivery was quick and easy. We took nightly walks on the beach after dinner, then put sleepy kids to bed. The adults enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the warm night air either talking (talking, talking, talking) or playing games. A great condo helps make a great vacation...thank you!
