  What a Wonderful time we had on vacation. This Condo has everything you need plus in walking distants to pier park shops and food. The owner Nancy was great to work with. Thank you Nancy for letting us stay in your Condo and we look forward to coming back this time again next year. The resort it self is clean and kept up. We have stayed in other condo's along the beach but this one is by far the Best we have stayed in. Thank you again!

  This condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! We came to PCB for our daughter's "Senior Trip". While she was with her friends at another location, my husband and I were relaxing at this beautiful resort. It has everything you could ask for.... snack bar with good, reasonable food and drinks, ample seating around the pool, 2 beach chairs with umbrella (which is a NICE thing to have!) and one of the most comfortable beds you could ask for on a vacation! Very nicely decorated and all the kitchen amenities you could ask for. The other guest/owners are so nice. The pier park is within walking distance. This is where you want to be!!! You won't go wrong staying at the AQUA! Booking through VRBO is the way to do it. Nancy was very easy to deal with and answered any questions we had upon arrival. Thanks Nancy, we can't wait to return!

  Excellent, well kept condo with great amenities. My wife and I stayed here with our three young sons and it was perfect for us. The condo has all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. and is very nice. We enjoyed the complex as well. Two large pools and a hot tub. I recommend this condo and complex strongly.

  My wife and I, along with our 2 year old son stayed here in early Spring. We loved everything about the condo and the resort itself. Everyone on staff was really friendly and accommodating. We even met a few of the other condo owners who were really polite. The condo was really comfortable and clean! We will definitely stay here again soon! Elliott Trio!!!

  My daughter and I were en route to Aqua when a maintenance issue in the condo we rented made it unavailable for the week. The owner had contacted this owner who made this condo available as a replacement. I was a little leary, since I look the listings over carefully before booking...but we were half way there. Boy, what a nice surprise! This condo is lovely and fresh and clean! The owner was very nice to deal with and the condo was everything we could have asked for. This is not your run-of-the-mill PCB condo. Great facility, great location. We would surely book again when traveling to this area. Thanks again for your hospitality and for saving our trip!

  FIRST AND FOREMOST , THE AQUA RESORT IS THE FINEST RESORT IN PANAMA CITY ! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS RESORT , THIS CONDO, AND THE OWNERS OF THIS CONDO. I WILL BEGIN WITH THE RESORT . IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. MY WIFE AND I COULD NOT GET OVER HOW CLEAN IT WAS, AS IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS A FULL TIME CLEANING CREW CLEANING THIS PLACE AROUND THE CLOCK. THE POOLS ARE THE BEST WE HAVE SEEN , AS THEY WERE VERY SPACIOUS AND WELL DESIGNED.THEY WERE ACCENTED WITH WATER FALLS AND BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING . PLENTY OF PALM TREES FOR SHADE , AND ALSO PLENTY OF FLORIDA SUNSHINE AVAILABLE ON THE HUGE POOL DECKS .THE POOLS WERE OUT FROM THE TOWER A LITTLE WAYS, AND NOT PARTIALLY UNDER THE TOWER LIKE MOST OTHER RESORTS IN THE AREA ARE. THE SNACK BAR WAS A GEM. THE RESORT ALSO HAD A VERY NICE FITNESS ROOM WITH A WONDERFUL VIEW OF ONE OF THE POOLS AND ALSO THE BEACH. FROM TOP TO BOTTOM THIS RESORT HAS EVERYTHING YOU WANT , WITH ALL THE LUXURY TO GO WITH IT. AS FAR AS THE CONDO GOES , FROM THE SECOND WE WALKED IN WE WERE TOTALLY IMPRESSED. IT SMELLED VERY FRESH , AND WAS IMMACULATELY CLEAN. IT HAD ALL THE FINEST APPLIANCES,FURNITURE, AND WAS PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED. THE CERAMIC TILE FLOORS WERE VERY NICE , AND THE MASTER SUITE HAD NEW CARPET. THIS CONDO IS SO BEAUTIFUL, HOWEVER, THE BEST THING WAS THE FLOORPLAN. LET ME EXPLAIN. THIS CONDO WAS DESIGNED SO BOTH THE LIVING ROOM AND THE MASTER SUITE ARE GULFRONT , BOTH WITH ACCESS TO THE OVERSIZE BALCONY WITH ITS BREATHTAKING VIEW. WE LOVED THIS CONDO!!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE OWNERS WERE FINE PEOPLE . THEIR RATES WERE VERY FAIR AND QUITE AFFORDABLE. ALSO THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH , AS THE WHOLE PROCESS SEEMED EFFORTLESS ON OUR PART. WE RESERVED ONLINE AND MAILED OUR CHECKS , LATER GOT CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED OUR CHECKS. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD GET OUR KEYCODES TO THE CONDO THE WEEK OF OUR STAY VIA EMAIL. JUST LIKE WE WERE TOLD THE MONDAY PRIOR TO OUR STAY WE RECEIVED OUR KEYCODES VIA EMAIL. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DO NOT KNOW THIS ENABLES YOU TO BYPASS ANY CHECK INS OR CHECKOUTS WITH THE RESORT STAFF. THE OWNER EVEN LEAVES YOUR PARKING PASS IN THE CONDO FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. THEY TRULY MAKE IT SO EASY THAT EVEN A CAVEMAN COULD DO IT. LOL !!!! WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND AS SOON AS WE GOT IN THE CAR TO DRIVE BACK HOME WE WERE ALREADY PLANNING ANOTHER VACATION , AND HAVE SINCE THEN CONTACTED THE OWNERS ON OPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY. ALL THIS ON FLORIDA'S FINEST BEACH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Aqua condos are great. This Aqua condo is the greates of them all. The owners have gone to great lengths to equip this unit with everything. It is abundant with luxury and convenience. Most Florida condos are a mismatch of everything from jelly jars for glasses and silverware from a variety of services. This condo has an abundance of dishes, silverware, glasses that one would find in a luxury Park Amenue penthouse. Bathrooms often have towels that do not match of assorted sizes. This condo has over a dozen towels as well as washcloths that are luxurious like the bathrooms they service. Everything about this condo signals fine living and creature comfort.Take my word for it--You will not be disappointed with this condo.

  During our 4 day weekend stay this spring, we truly enjoyed this lovely condo.In addition to being roomy and beautifully decorated, the condo was clean, well maintained and offered everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Of course, the view was incredible. We appreciated the owner's attention to the rental process. I would highly recommend it for guests who enjoy luxurious accommodations in a very central location.
