Welcome to the San Juan Rock House! This fine little home is located along the San Juan River in Northern New Mexico, one of the finest tailwater trout habitats in all of North America. The San Juan boasts over 20,000 fish per mile in the quality water section of the river, just below the dam at Navajo Lake.

The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed (or queen) and a single bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a single sleeper chair bed. The main living room area and the kitchen makes up the rest of the house with a wood burning fireplace, a 52" flatscreen with satellite & DVD service, and wireless internet in the event you need to check in with the office. The deck out on the river side of the house is nearly 1000 sq.ft. with an outdoor kitchen and another wood burning fireplace. The deck is screen enclosed to keep the bugs out but open enough to bring the outside and the river into the party.

This is the perfect home for a company retreat, a weekend fishing with the boys or a little get away with the whole family. Year around fishing along with world class golf, skiing, boating, mountain biking, hiking and cultural activities make this the perfect spot for your next retreat or vacation.

Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Out on the deck, there is a mini kitchen for the BBQ night! Deck/Patio: 16 ft. X 60 ft. enclosed to keep the bugs out...for big trout, you've got to have an abundance of bugs, so the trade off is worth it! Enjoy the outdoors without the outdoor bugs!
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The San Juan river sits about 200 ft. from the deck and you can fish downstream almost a mile from the house (to the bottom of the islands)
Communications	Cell Phone: There is not a land line at the house, but the phone in the kitchen is available for your use (cell phone) WiFi (Wireless Internet): Bring your own laptop for access to the internet.
Suitability	Pet Friendly: We don't have any problem with you bringing your pets, but ask that you keep them on the deck and not in the house. Handicapped Accessible: There are ramps into the front door, 36" doors into the back bedrooms, an accessible bathroom and shower and a ramp onto the back deck. No access at this time to the river, but will happen within the next year. Wheelchair Accessible Kid Friendly Smoking Not Allowed: If you wish to smoke, do so on the deck or outside the house. We have a child with severe smoke allergies and your consideration on this item is much appreciated!
