SUNKIST is located directly on the Beach! Walk a few steps to the ocean or sit on the deck and watch the birds, dolphins, pelicans, or the beautiful sunsets. This home has a fully supplied kitchen and wet bar and also an ice making machine. This is a two story home with two bedrooms on the main level with one bath. There are three bedrooms up, each with a private bath. The master bedroom looks out on the beach and ocean and has a large deck for morning coffee. There is an OUTSIDE SHOWER to wash off the sand and salt. Take back beach road to newly developed Pier Park mall or head west to the Destin outlet mall.

This newer Gulf Front home was built in the 2000. The kitchen, family room and dining is one large entertaining area and looks out onto the beach and ocean, with plenty of windows!! Dining table will accommodate 8 people and there is an eating bar with bar stools. The main downstairs area has hardwood floors as does every bath.
