Juliana and Jim own 2 homes in Kauai and manage a number of other beautiful homes and condos. They began visiting the Garden Island in 1997 and now are permanent residents. Juliana is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii. Her special enjoyment is gardening. She loves to share the many wonderful features of Kauai with her visitors, especially the great beauty of the local botanical gardens. Jim is a builder of many years and now enjoys semi-retirement while keeping his hands busy with the occasional remodel.

What a memorable occasion! As my brother expressed...it was the BEST family reunion/Mom's birthday (92 years old) celebration ever! ... largely due to this wonderful home, the "Hale Aloha". The house was just perfect, very spacious and comfortable, close to the ocean property. It is everything the listing described. While dining is one of our family's favorite pastimes, the fully-equipped kitchen made cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner a breeze. With each family preparing a different meal it was a great alternative to going to a restaurant with 10-15 people for all your meals. There are many great restaurants close by if you chose to dine out, but not having to deal with the seating arrangements/cost was certainly a plus. The ping pong table made for fun challenges between the oldsters and youngsters. Never knew how good some of them are. (Not sure why we stayed indoors as the weather was so beautiful!) It seems whenever we were at home, that ping pong table was in use...great for release of pent-up energy <grin>. Juliana was just great to work with. It made getting a vacation rental easy and seamless. Thank you, Juliana. Everyone had a great time and it's been over a week since we left Kauai, but the family is still talking about how the "Hale Aloha" was just perfect! This was the first time we all could be together comfortably, enjoying family time. I know I am repeating myself about the home, but, it really made our time together a once-in-a-lifetime event! I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large family, kids or any type of special celebration. I have already made reservations for the "Hale Aloha" for my Mom's 93rd birthday!

Great home in a quiet area with all the amenities for a fun and relaxing family reunion or get away. Hale Aloha was exactly what we were looking for......clean, well equipped with excellent and professional booking service. Kids loved the ping pong table (adults too), Thanks for a super "Christmas" week.
